It looks like the practice is divided between a man that practices naturopathic medicine, and there is a very sterile and clean hygienist office sectioned off. I met the man first, who greeted me with a cup of tea. The hygenist who does the whitening was incredibly sweet, very knowledgable, explained every step and really took her time. She checked in with me frequently to see how I was feeling. It was a new take on getting the whitening done, it felt like a spa experience. I felt really taken care of. Bare in mind, some people do get zingers from getting whitening done and I sure did. She explained this and I did my homework and decided it was worth it. I felt nothing during the procedure but 8 hours later I had those zingers! I put on some orajel though which seemed to help. My bestie surprised me with this super cool bestie gift of a a forever bracelet. When we arrived the owner was finishing up with a customer so we had time to look around and select our forever bracelet. I love the concept of getting a custom piece of jewelry made, that doesn't come off. I have a copper bracelet that I never take off so this was right up my alley! I'm a huge fan of rose gold and copper and my one complaint was that there wasn't much of a selection of charms. The owner was super sweet and nice and explained how hard it is to get rose gold charms. I just wish there were more charms in general, they didn't even have to be rose gold. The supply was just kind of low in general. I ended up selecting a rose gold bracelet and two cute pearl charms. I love my bracelet so much and my bestie and I had a great time picking out our custom jewelry. It was also really cool to watch her literally weld the jewelry together on your arm. She was really safe and explained everything in great detail. I also bought these super cute earrings from a separate business in the shop too!!! I highly recommend this spot!
