Allie is SO warm, kind, and SMART! She really knows her stuff and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions in a way where it made sense to your average person. *no pressure to do treatment. * reasonably priced. * very informative staff. * they make comfort and cleanliness a #1 priority! * I had a very painless experience, 32 units injected in total and I noticed a huge difference the next day. I was SO happy. Of course everyone one is different but I had zero scarring / Bruising which I was expecting being a person of color. One of my appointments was a bit late due to a machine issue, however, the other was pretty much right on time (big plus). I was one one of the people who purchased the living social deal, and while I admit, the first appointment was a bit hard to make, we've made the subsequent appointments while at the office and have had absolutely no problems with them. I have not had any canceled or rescheduled, and their automated email service sends you a reminder. They also have an online portal where you can make your own appointments (used this to make my first one, actually) and it works great. The only reason I gave this place four starts instead of five is due to the difficulty of getting someone on the phone (if you have questions), and that there is a slight burnt hair/skin smell when you enter the treatment room (may be a ventilation issue?). I do have to mention that this is a small place that has one employee working at a time, so yes, you will most likely have to leave a message, be patient, and wait for a call back. She explained the procedure very thoroughly and helped me best decide how many units I would need for forehead Botox and a lip flip. In total I got 30 units.
