It is clear from the moment you step inside, they have absolutely NO concept of what customer service even means. And second, while they've made it LOOK like a professionally run business, there is nothing professional about it. The girls they hire are snooty and careless, and very poorly trained. Not a single person has greeted me on my way in or out, in the 7 months I've had my package. And when I walk up to the front desk to check in, they act like I'm either interrupting them from the superficial conversation they're having amongst each other, or as if I'm just flat out bothering them. But that's only if anyone is actually working at the front desk. Now it wouldn't be fair if I said these girls are the sole reason that any trace of customer service is performing a disappearing act. This obviously falls in the laps of the owners (whatever kind of "business people" they are), and the management they have in place. Don't let the pretty facade fool you - these people have no idea how to run a respectable business. It's wayyy over priced and NOT worth it. Oh, and if you forget your tanning goggles, don't even bother asking if they have spares for clients to borrow. They want to charge you an arm and a leg to use their beds, but they can't loan you a pair of goggles that probably cost them less than a dollar to purchase. TWO THUMBS WAY DOWN FOR CLUB TAN.

I called the next day, and they were nice enough to get me in for the date I wanted the appointment for. I ended up seeing Jenny. I think it was the quickest haircut I ever had. She is a scissor wiz.
