I visited Tresor in Aloha after having terrible COVID Quarantine Hair for months, thinking there was nothing to be done about my gray/blonde/purple locks. Christi from Tresor was not only so fun to hang out with she transformed my hair into exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Christi, for creating the impossible!

Wonderful relaxing pedicure today! This spa is awesome!

Thank you Rachel F. and staff today for a truly relaxing experience at your spa. My mom and I really enjoyed our time at your spa and our pedicures! Can't wait to see you again next month. We are glad we booked our appointment on the way out. Thank you for a beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing experience today. We are so very happy!

Thank you Danielle!

Stress and worries leave my body as soon as I step into the front door. And that's before I even start my massage! The ambiance and cozy vibes are immaculate; the plants and decorations create good Qi (energy) and I already know from the get go that my experience will be relaxing. And it was. I had a 60 Min Full Body Swedish Massage ($70 cash, $75 card). My masseuse did a wonderful job. I felt safe, relaxed, and well care for the whole time. Since I've come before I knew what to expect, but my masseuse still explained and checked in with me regarding her pressure. I appreciated her communication! It can be intimidating having to undress and get under a blanket (especially if it's your first time), but the staff here has always been respectful throughout the whole massage before AND after. Giving me time to undress & knocking on the door asking if it's ok to come in. Very respectful and kind! I've had 3 different ladies for each of my visits (I need to write their names down so I can give recognition!) but wow they all have magic hands! If it's your first time getting a massage just kindly let the staff know! They will help take care of you and walk you through it. Overall I highly recommend Oasis Massage to anyone, especially if you're wanting an affordable massage & to feel like you're in heaven ‍‍‍

First off - this place has alot of potential - it looks nicely decorated, beautiful and clean…read moreinside and my rating is primarily due to service. I booked a massage and received a call about an hour or so before that they needed to push my massage back because of the person before me being late. I said no problem, I prefer later, let's go with it. They then called me back and said they moved it back up to 3pm.. at this point they should have left it. It's unprofessional to go back and forth and be calling me 3 times during my work day for another client who is late. The massage room itself was small, but nice, but definitely needs a place for people to put their clothes and phone/stuff. The massage therapist said I could put my stuff on his chair but that felt odd. The message itself was... Jerky and while we had 90 minutes, it was really fast strokes and made it not relaxing at all. He never worked on my neck and shoulders while I was face up which is odd since I mentioned they were an area of focus I wanted. They also don't do the hot wet towels on your back to wipe off excess oil. I was not impressed when I left with so much oil on my feet I was sliding around and my car seat had residual massage oil when I got out. The man who gave me a massage awkwardly ended it by saying, "okay, that's it". And walking out. No, I'll meet you outside or we'll have tea for you... completely abrupt and odd. I walked out after dressing and the front desk lady was nice enough but said she didn't know I wa done and was going to go get me water and snacks. The massage is timed, so she should know when it's done... but it was a nice gesture and it's a good touch if executed better. Unfortunately I felt so uncomfortable at this point I paid and left. Can't say I'll be back unless the service gets better

I have been to Hammam's in Istanbul and have always wished to have the same experience here. I booked an appointment for a basic service - thinking I would test the service and the facility. What a delight! My Hammam with Elizabeth was pure delight. She was calm and efficient, well-trained, and delivered a great scrub. The experience was close enough to those in Turkey that I was delighted. I felt refreshed, invigorated, and relaxed at the same time. Moonlight Spa is impeccable. The rooms are clean and new. Sauna, steam, facials, and a PodCalm (which I had never tried before) are all available. I had such a positive experience that I joined a monthly special. The monthly fee may seem high, but not when you take advantage of all Moonlight has to offer--it is a highly reduced price . . . "Self-care" at its finest.

Front desk staff are always very friendly & welcoming. Dr Wiggins does a wonderful job explaining…read moredifferent procedures & thoroughly answers all my questions without ever making me feel pressured to make a treatment decision on the spot.

Let me first start by saying the "spa" here should have its own yelp because a lot of these reviews…read moreare for the medical procedures which are misleading to really how terrible this place is claiming to be a top spa. Now, maybe I am just used to the TRUE luxury spas like in Scottsdale, AZ or Southern California but if people here think this is a luxury spa you have not really been to one. First, upon arrival it is clear they want to push their med spa and procedures there was nothing but advertisements, creams, and marking for that in your face everywhere you turned. After checking in, the woman said she would give me a tour, she led me to a glass door that was supposed to be an outdoor patio and said I could use it if I wanted some sun, I looked out to see a broken fountain, a mess of chairs thrown about, and nothing relaxing or enticing that made me want to go out there. Next, she led me down the stairs to the soaking pool, cold dip, etc. I booked this place for one reason. I am recovering from an injury and wanted to soak in a hot tub, sauna, etc. While it was visually pleasing in that particular part, but then she said "and today since it is so hot out, we have the soaking pool at am ambient temperature." Like what do you mean ambient? I was thinking to myself that thing better be a VERY warm ambient. When walking out she pointed to some neglected pedicure chairs in the corner and said these are nice to sit in and get a massage and are heated. I thought that was strange because the chairs were stained and had clearly not been used in a while and you had to climb up a huge stone step like you would if you were getting a spa pedi just to use them. It was like they were trying to pass them off as something nice but really should be taken out! Next, we went into the locker rooms, now when I go to the spa, I bring a swimsuit, and a fresh change of clothes and my makeup to freshen up after. The lockers were the size of piggy banks, and I had to cram my stuff in so tight, it would barely lock and upon opening everything fell out. There are no hooks ANYWHERE, I had to put my robe on the dirty ground after getting into my swimsuit because there was no where to hang it, or a towel once you were getting dressed and undressed. Anyway, she said she would turn on the jets to the soaking pool and bring me some paperwork to sign. She never did either. I put my suit on with my now dirty gross robe, and sandals that were enormous. I couldn't wait to get in the pool and I step in and it is absolutely freezing. Like ice cold bath water. This is what she meant by ambient. Like on your website you say it is 103 degrees, this was maybe 85 degrees. I was so upset. The entire reason I came and I am now teeth chattering cold. I get out of the pool and go into the sauna to warm up. It is also turned down so low that I crank up the temp to 105 degrees and it took forever to heat up. Now I am soaked and damp, and even more uncomfortable than when I arrived. I went back to the locker room, took off my wet suit and changed into dry undergarments for my massage and thought I would try to warm up in the heated massage pedi chairs she pointed out. I sit down and push the massage and literally thought my brain was going to get shook out of my head. It just vibrates at a scale that is NOT comfortable. I just shut it off and honestly almost left at that point. Fifteen minutes after my massage was supposed to start, this massage therapist huffs around the corner and says my name. She literally has a mullet, the biggest N95 White mask on I have ever seen and NO SHOES! Like what in the actual F! One thing is for sure, if you are wanting a "stay weird" Portland spa, y'all have found it! We go into this weird doctors treatment room, nothing calming, relaxing or spa vibes at all. It's very bright in there, and I tell her I want light pressure, and I had to tell her three times to lighten it up. I HATE massage therapists that use their elbows, and whole arms, and sh** like they are digging into you. I just want something relaxing not where I am grunting for you to stop! I had also asked for the hot oil head massage. After my 60 minutes, she didn't say anything about it, didn't offer it, and honestly I was at this point thinking I am at the threshold of hell. I just wanted to get out of there. I went back to the locker room, and because they offer no bags for your wet clothes like most spas, my suit had soaked my entire bag and I left in wet soppy clothes. The one nice thing is the girl working the front desk noticed how displeased and offered to take off the $25 for the spa facilities but honestly this place is an epic joke, trying to pass off as luxury. Do not waste your time, or energy here.

I've been to a couple different Elements Massage (Lake Oswego, Tanasbourne) for MEDICAL MASSAGE,…read morewith focus on both legs and feet for lower peripheral neuropathy along with some lower back pain and muscle tension and cramping issues from a laminectomy at L3 as well. Out of every treatment option under the sun, massage therapy is the most useful. No drugs, PT or surgery even come close toward relief and recovery after over six years of dealing with my conditions. Sadly most insurance doesn't cover massage or has very limited visits per year so it gets expensive fast, even though my doctors would prescribe it perpetually for the medical benefits if I requested it. My latest visit at Tanasbourne in late April of 2024 was 90 minutes with Kat, she did a fantastic job, dug in deep with hard pressure as I prefer, light massage does nothing for severe neuropathy and preventing debilitating muscle cramping. Deep tissue is the way to go, on scale of 4-5 with 5 being hard pressure pain in a good way, she put in a solid 3-4. PROS: - Have always had great DEEP TISSUE massages every visit by a man or woman, therapists have been well qualified. - Every visit the massage therapist listened and focused on the areas requested (after years of severe neuropathy I know where to focus). - ALWAYS feel better after a deep, and sometimes painful massage, the kind where it hurts so good. - All professional, no feeling of being uncomfortable or pressured to tip. - Clean and modern facilities. - Mellow typical massage music. - Tables that raise and lower and are heated. - Can usually accommodate a quick same day schedule. - Most locations are easily accessible and disabled friendly. CONS: - No direct billing to insurance (some locations used to do this, but stopped), but can provide you with an invoice. - Does not provide a hot moist towel at end like many places do to wipe off any lingering lotion or oil, even though they have them and sometimes use them during your massage. Even less fancy places provide a dry towel. Nothing here, I guess you could use the massage table sheets. - Massage oil or lotion had a slight scent, nothing unpleasant or too strong, but noticeable. - Encourages tipping, even for medical massage (which shouldn't be required). ... While I don't mind tipping a little for Medical Massage, it is often deemed as necessary by medical professionals, just like Physical Therapy. Some massage therapist charge a higher rate for 'Medical Massage' and therefore make note that gratuity is not necessary as it's basically included in the rate. The benefits towards positive health with massage is far greater than the world, insurance or science might document, sort of like chiropractors, even though many insurance are starting to accept them now as legitimate practice. I mean, we don't tip chiropractors, PT, primary care doctors or surgeons?!? Some chiropractors have onsite massage, but my luck with finding a good deep tissue massage therapist through a chiropractor has yet to happen, probably because it's a lot of work and requires a lot of strength and stamina to dig in deep. Solution -- establishments need to pay their massage therapist a far better base rate, then tipping wouldn't be even be a question. My guess is that most chiropractors and massage studios don't pay their therapist a higher rate for 'Medical Massage' grade therapy, when they should ... The industry needs to change their mindset. SUMMARY: Elements seems to hire qualified massage therapists, no complaints there. Rates are on the higher side. Biggest downside is on the corporation as a whole being too lazy and cheap to bill insurance directly and not paying extra to their therapist for Medical Massage, and of course no towels for cleaning yourself up before exiting.

After the therapist talked to me and I was ready for the massage it was 10 minutes after the hour, but the massage ended 15 minutes early. Very disappointed. Terril was very attentive, asking questions along the way. My skin has been pretty damaged by the sun since I never wore sunscreen growing up so I wanted to try to reverse some of the damage. Let me tell you Manal is the best. She takes great care of me every time I visit. I give her updates on my skincare routine and she makes adjustments to my treatment based off of that. She also gives great advice as well on how I can improve on my routine. I always leave feeling refreshed and my face glowing. I have noticed a big difference with how much is with the monthly visits. After treatments she'll get me some coconut water to hydrate which is a nice bonus. A tip is to get their membership if you plan on getting treatments more regularly since you get a special members price and can get points for visits which you can redeem for a free service. I think their members price is great value vs the other facial places in the area. Highly recommend this place and Manal.

One of my facials was great, but the esthetician was not licensed to provide a special add-on service that I need for my scar. So I scheduled with another esthetician, and that was the shortest and the worst facial of my life for $150. I have had all kind of facials all my life. I've decided to give this place a try because I got a membership there and was coming for massage anyway. I've never had anything like this. Almost drive-thru. The esthetician appeared to be experienced, but had bossy and almost condescending attitude. It was weird and uncomfortable. And so was the facial. IMHO the difference between facial massage and rubbing someone's cheeks in a hurry is not only in length of the procedure, not only in what areas of the face were worked on. There should be an intent to relax the face, full hand contact and massage to tone the muscles, maybe extractions, or hydration, a mask to address unique needs of person's skin. RARE but very good estheticians used to massage decolte and hands as a part of facial as well. But this one was weird. She cleaned my face in a hurry, rubbed my cheeks and neck, and then dumped something on my face and spread it on with a brush. That potion was left on my face for few min and was wiped off with a wet towel IN A HURRY as if she did not want to touch my face!!!! That was it !!! I was offered to purchase some other services later, and that was the end of my facial!!! I'd say 15 min start to finish. I've never ever had a facial this unpleasant, tensing up, short, minimalistic and costly. It was a waste of my time and money.
