When I got there I was a little unsure if I should knock or not since she had a sign on the door that she was doing a treatment. I tentatively knocked and she popped out to greet me. Luckily I didn't interrupt her with a client, as she was just preparing for my appointment. There's a waiting area at the end of the hall, and if you come in and her door says she's busy, you can plop down and shoot her a text to let her know you've arrived. Then you don't have to worry about bugging other clients. I came in for a wax and she was super professional. Everything was clean and I was totally comfortable. Janette is really sensitive to making sure you have everything you need and she offered tea or water. It's the little things! I will definitely be coming back here for more waxing and might try out a facial. All of her products are organic and her main skincare line is Éminence from Hungary. I payed using my debit card, and there's a place to add a tip on receipt. I usually tip cash, so I put 0 for tip. Well like I said, the massage was good, but she kept talking to someone in the other room. This really detracted from the relaxing experience it should have been. Plus she kept leaving the room, at least 3 times. I thought maybe since I tipped 0 upfront, I didn't deserve a great experience. I read someone else's review where he tipped $20 upfront and got the same experience. Anyways, it cost $50 for an hour massage, I ended up giving her a $10 cash tip since that was the only cash I had on me. Needless to say, I am still on the hunt for a foot reflexology place!
