We…read morecontacted a few places to get repair quotes for a few chips, cracks, a wide/warped seam, and we also wanted to get the counter re-sealed. Chris, the owner, was very responsive and friendly. His quote was slightly lower but quite similar to the other companies who responded, and we decided to go with him based on the price, his responsiveness, and the reviews on here (particularly the previous review with the seam repair, as the "before" seam looked exactly like ours!). Scheduling was straightforward and we were able to get our ideal day/time the following week. Two guys arrived on time and they got to work right away to fix all of the issues. They were here for quite awhile, and worked really hard to get everything looking great. The seam is now closed up and is MUCH less obvious. The two stone pieces were also uneven, with one jutting out past the other, and they completely fixed it- you would never know! The cracks and chips are all sealed and barely visible, and we haven't had any issues with the counters since their visit. Chris sent us a link before our visit so that we could pay by credit card at the end of the visit (otherwise we could have paid by cash or check). Overall, two thumbs up and we will definitely be calling them in the future if we have any issues with our counters!

Comes in with a no nonsense approach while smiling and remaining friendly the entire process. DBT was easy to book and Doug is VERY meticulous with his work, arrived ON TIME and didn't leave until I was satisfied. But the one thing that has caused me to ALWAYS use his services was the fact that when he was wrapping up he stated an area was bothering him so he worked on it until he fixed. Y'all this is AFTER I walked through and cleared him. My wood floors have taken a beating from all the kids running through. From scratches to color imperfections. He fixed them all. We have one area (that I knew would take sanding) but DBT softened this area whereas you have to go look for it to see it. Hired DBT to come back and do my carpets as well. I've been going to and using the services at Columbia Paint for nearly a year now (home…read moreupdate/re-do going on). I couldn't be happier with their service and options. First, after trying out more than ten different pint samples for one room (various different brands) I was in Columbia Paint bemoaning about my difficulties and reluctance to try yet another sample... when Leslie suggested she could hep with a color consultation. I will never again buy samples without a consultation! For less than the cost of all those paint samples I'd bought, Leslie helped me pick out colors for four rooms! Admittedly, I am a bit challenged when it comes to decorating, but what a delight it was to have the color selection narrowed down to a few options that all flowed well from room to room. (Of note, the painter I used said he got a better contractor deal at this store than other Benjamin Moore stores he's used.) After the painting was done, it was time to buy new blinds and, of course I went back to Columbia Paint. While there was an initial miscommunication and error in ordering, Leslie and the owners did everything absolutely possible to resolve the issue in any way that it took to make me happy. Which, in my opinion is the true reason for a 5-star rating - Let's face it, mistakes happen, and how they handled it was spectacular. Every employee I've talked to in the months I've been going there has been friendly and helpful. Columbia Paint has earned my business for life and I will always recommend their store and Leslie's decorating skills.
