The finished product is so beautiful and their attention to detail is beyond what I could have expected. For one of our bathrooms, they installed an arch panel and an arch door. It is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with what they designed. Bryan met me for the consultation and took measurements prior to install and Osacr communicated with me on design ideas. They were very easy to work with and you can tell they take pride in their work. Thank you so very much for everything Oscar and Bryan. You both are amazing!!!!

After reading strong reviews, I contacted Alex to see whether he could replace sun‑damaged windows…read moreand to request an estimate. He immediately asked for a photo without gathering any details about the windows. I explained that the damage wouldn't show in a picture, but he insisted that photo‑based estimates are his standard process, with in‑person measurements only after agreeing to the estimate. This process felt impersonal and did not inspire confidence. While this may work for some customers, it did not meet my expectations for a service provider. I decided to look for a company that offers a more reassuring initial assessment.

I'm sad to write this review because we genuinely liked Rolando on a personal level, but we've had…read moreongoing issues with the glass he installed in two of our showers. In our primary shower, the bottom portion was not installed properly, which has led to black mold getting trapped and spreading into the shower. Additionally, the shower door does not open all the way. In our daughter's shower, Rolando had to return to fix an installation issue. While one problem was addressed, another was created--water now leaks through, causing water damage that has warped and cracked the baseboards outside the shower. Both my husband and I reached out separately to Rolando to ask if he could fix the issue or advise us on next steps, and unfortunately, neither of us received a response. We're disappointed, as we expected better follow-through and resolution given the extent of the issues and resulting damage.

Rescheduled a fourth time and explained that if he couldn't do it I would need to be reunded. I guess he couldn't donit because he no called, no showed again. I had to constantly text, email, call to get updates ; even after he took accountability for his lack of communication he went right back to zero communication. Finally, we agreed to refund my money.
