He reached out for a conversation before I came in and I knew I was in good hands. And then I was BLOWN AWAY by what he was able to achieve!! I had expected it would take a few visits to get there. Justin knows hair!! There is a science and an art to color, especially for those of us wanting dimensional color. Justin has both expertise and artistry!! I'm just delighted. I want to also mention that the salon itself is lovely. Spacious and airy, with a sweet back patio. I loved the art, too. The whole experience was uplifting! He's incredibly accommodating, especially with my unpredictable work schedule and the constant juggle of being a mom. He always communicates clearly about his availability and somehow finds a way to make things work, even when I need a last‑minute rescue for a quick color or cut. Justin is not only professional but genuinely thoughtful in his approach. He asks great questions about what I need, offers helpful recommendations, and always makes sure we're on the same page before he starts. Kelly and her assistant were mindful and gentle with my hair, and the process was very smooth. She also added a mask and other products to make sure my hair isn't dead haha The salon itself is very well kept and clean, which is a huge plus for me.
