The blue plate special chicken fried steak with three sides, a roll and sweet tea was delicious. The price was an amazing $10.50. We came during lunch and it was busy.

Friendly inviting, this is a good place to grab a meal on your way to or from the beach. Loved the decor and the prices. Had a burger and malt and loved them both. My friend just stared ahead, not much of a talker but the staff and crowd was friendly and fun. They have a nice meat and three selection and even vegetarian options if that is your desire. I guess they do a good breakfast, but only Monday through Saturday. Perhaps next time? Back to my lunch. The fries were good, the malted milkshake was generous but the burger was over cooked and dry. While our server was friendly and responsive, didn't plan on lunch to take nearly an hour. G liked her chicken sandwich, so maybe I just chose poorly. Bottom Line: Sort of a mixed bag - wanted to like this place more - and maybe that second chance would elevate my opinion.

I eat breakfast there periodically and can say they have very good food, great service and a reasonable price.

The wild olive has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but the last time I went, it just…read moreseemed like the menu was a lot smaller and maybe some enthusiasm has been lost. It's still a good restaurant probably the best one in town no doubt about it. They do make an excellent dinner. I love taking my wife there and will always go back there because really there's not any place kind of above a pair of shorts and a T-shirt in Crestview, but thank y'all for what you doing and like I said just seemed to kind of have missed a little bit of a zip but it's still very good. Thank you very much.DEAS&Rcrestivew

I don't know why I went back to this place. I guess I wanted to give them another chance. I should have left then, but no we ordered. Everything takes forever, my shrimp was uncooked. Shrimp it is not supposed to be translucent! For the hefty price of the ribeye it was awful thin, Then comes the bill - Impact Fee? Are you serious? Not a sign at front that says we charge an impact fee. Do yourselves a favor check your bill. $85 later for 2 no alcohol I felt robbed. I don't mind paying for good food and service but this was terrible. Definitely will never be back.
