I had less than 2 weeks to remove it. I live in Colorado and had know way, or time to arrange for it to be brought up here. I consulted with someone I knew in Az and he managed to find a buyer for trailer for less than it was worth. I lost all the contents from my children's baby pictures to all my furniture and family heirlooms. no reimbursement of any kind was offered. so after many years {and a lot of money} keeping my possessions safe I lost everything. Other than that, they were great - just make sure you have a doable back up plan in place.

I had called a month ago to notify my card for auto-debit has been updated, and also to give ample notice of the date I'd be vacating. No prob. Until I get a voicemail saying my payment was declined and I was now charged a $15 late fee. I called to clear the issue- I was met with quite a hostile response. After keeping calm & trying to reason, I got the fee waived. And I appreciate it, even though I do think my new card information was not properly updated. All is well? Upon trying to vacate, my access code was repeatedly denied. She finally opens the gate for me when she sees the moving truck. All is well. Until I can't get out. Magically, the gate opens as I get out & start to walk inside. I don't think any of it was an "accident" or "faulty keypad". To top it off- the movers happened to get a snapshot of the WATER DAMAGE inside my unit. Which, we also noted, compromised my belongings I had stored in there. You could say I am a bit less than pleased with how this ended. No one should be treated rudely for vacating a unit. And, the fact water damage occurred isn't leaving me feeling very confident in recommending or ever opting to re-rent in the future.

She chased us down in her golf cart, to inform us that we had violated the rules and should've entered our code. We apologized and proceeded to empty our the few things in our unit. When I asked the procedure for closing out the unit, she fired a bunch of questions at me, to see if I had gone through the proper steps. I told her I didn't know the procedure as we just decided to close out the unit that day. That's why I was asking what the procedure was. She made us stop what we were doing and go put in the code for the gate. Then she said to stop in the office on our way out. She never explained the procedure. She informed us that it's all in the contract and again was unbelievably rude. We signed the paperwork and couldn't get out of there fast enough!!
