I have had a problem finding a tire center that mounts tires, without scratching and marring the surface of the wheels. I have expensive alloy wheels on cars. When I went into the shop, I met Kyle, who came out to the car and actually helped me bring wheels into the shop. He took the time to address my concerns, and to explain why the damage was happening at other shops. It was the type of mounting equipment that they were using, and that what they use would prevent this from happening. I dropped them off and had a call that they were done within a half hour. I went to pick them up and as promised, no issues with damage to the wheels. I finally found a place that I look forward to returning to. The shop is brand new, clean and inviting. Kyle was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me load everything in my car (kept the old tires). Great experience all around. I will be back. Thank you.
