So didn't want to leave a bad review here but it is what it is. Went here around noon and place was packed. Read all the great reviews and thought this will be good. Huge disappointment. I had two eggs over easy with bacon, hash browns and wheat toast. Well, eggs were so done not even a little runny with yolks. Bacon rubberish and under cooked. Haven't had bacon this bad since serving in the Army. Toast not hardly toasted. Hash browns okay. Wife had a single pancake and added strawberries and whip cream. Strawberries looked like canned cherries and server actually brought out whip cream and made a happy face on pancake. Super slow service. Burgers did not look bad but not going to be disappointed again.

It's classic breakfast food done, right. The biscuits are fresh, and the gravy has big chunks of sausage in it. The eggs Benny has lots of ham and the hollandaise is perfect. The waitress was so nice. The food came out hot and fast. The eggs were perfectly cooked. It was not too busy for a weekend morning. Plenty of parking. It was a smallish bathroom, but it was clean. Very glad we stopped in as we were passing through town.

The Garage Cafe in Notus may be off the beaten path, but it's right on track for being one of my new favorite "hole in the wall diners! Roomy booths, retro feel, waitress brought us a big stack of napkins without asking which was great since we came with kids! The service was phenomenal. Their burgers are the clear stand out and the buns are awesome. The burgers kind of reminded me of the California chain Fuddruckers in a good way. The onion rings were the only "eh" thing- I liked the thick piece of onion in the middle but the breading wasn't crispy enough and just a little too salty. The house made fruit of the forest pie (apple and berry) was good, I was surprised it has cinnamon sugar crust and it hit the spot at the end of the meal. I actually chose the burger, fries, and pie which is a menu item with all items for one price, cheaper than getting them individually! I love a deal! My kids thoroughly enjoyed their little hamburger and grilled cheese, and the waitress thoughtfully brought out their food first- which was great because they were hungry! Definitely worth trying, I love a good hole-in-the-wall greasy spoon and this place fit the bill!

Super friendly, cute local cafe. The pancakes were excellent; large and fluffy and so good! Loved the "car names" on the menu. My husband enjoyed The Lugnut and we both thought our omelet was yummy with somewell cooked veggies. Perusing the decor was a fun way to pass the quick time while we waited for our order. It was a lovely start to our Sunday and we are already planning to return for another warm welcome and some pie!

Stopped into the garage café what a place got a stack of flapjacks and side of sausage. Marcy is a heck of a server I remember her from McCall Id. She brings a smile wherever she goes there.

I love this place, the service is great, friendly and the fried green beans are out of this world! When I go there, I always drink their on tap huckleberry cider it's yummy!

The empty baskets say it all! And the DELIGHTFUL pie he had was exactly what you need. Great prices! Great food

Take the drive to Notus. This little dinner was so worth it. The service was spot on. Kind, polite & so much fun. They make u feel so welcome. The food was out of the world. Burger was fresh ground fries were so crisp and the dipping sauce was tangy and not bottled. Now the fried mushrooms if they only sold these i would drive 100 miles for them! Their onion rings were the resl deal and when they say homemade they mean it! That brings us to pie.. MADE FRESH and it shows We had banana cream pie....and grabbed a slice of keylime to go... BY FAR the lighlight of our weekend! We will be back OFTEN & we will tell everyone we know!

A couple of my friends showed up first, got a great table outside and ordered a couple apps to get the party started. I showed up after goodies and drinks were ordered. We started off with some chips and salsa and pountine. The chips and salsa looked good but the pountine was definitely calling my name! I love me some potatoes and these potatoes looked like they were going to be right up my alley! I dished up a good portion before my friends got some. They were kind to let me plate first cause of my new kidney. I didn't want to be too greedy so the portion I got was a few bites. Those few bites got me hooked so it was a must to get another order started. While my order of pountine was being worked on, I tried the pretzel with cheese and the hummus plate. The pretzel was perfectly salted. The cheese sauce was the perfect addition to the soft pretzel. I took a good amount of the hummus and Greek salad. The pita that came with it was a great vessel for the hummus. It was crispy with a slight chew to it. The hummus was clean tasting and rich. The Greek salad was so fresh. All the components of the salad tasted like they were just picked from the garden. You literally can't get anymore farm to table than that! It was so fresh! The second order of pountine came out. Everything about this appetizer was delicious! I love soggy, softer fries and these fries were the business! The gravy and cheese were the highlight of the dish for me. You can never go wrong with potatoes, cheese and gravy! There was a good amount of meat on the pountine. It was so tender! You can tell it was cooked with a lot of love and time! I took the rest home and I plan on hiding my box in the back of my fridge so my daughter can't get to it! We ended our happy hour with the beignets. Each one of these goodies were covered in powered sugar. The caramel sauce that was paired with it was devine! In all honesty, as full as I was, I could have polished off an order myself! They were the perfect dessert to end this fabulous meal. Bittercreek has been on my to go list for a hot minute. I'm so happy we got to come here and celebrate my birthday. The food was marvelous. Our server did a fantastic job taking care of us! Our waters were always filled. Our cocktails were never dry. And our plates were always filled cause food was always ordered on time for us. Homie was on point tonight! The venue can't be any more stunning. The weather was lovely. We were meant to be here today! In so happy we started my birthday week off at Bittercreek!

If the weather is cooperating, sit outside. The beer selection is impressive, with a great range of lagers and ales. We had our eye on one particular light, crisp option, but they were out for the night. Our server pointed us toward something comparable... I believe it was called Teddy Bearnd...it worked. Now, the food. My friend went for one of their signature burgers, which was seasoned simply so the beef really gets to shine. The only hiccup was that they were out of tomatoes, which is a non-negotiable topping for her, so keep that in mind if tomatoes are a must. I went a different route and ordered the beef focaccia. Uniquely layered ribeye and really good. We also shared a Greek salad that was simple but fresh and satisfying. And the french fries with their homemade ketchup? Don't skip em. Service was smooth and friendly from start to finish. No complaints.

The 2 chandeliers have so many cobwebs on them that i wondered if it was left over Halloween decorations. They also have mismatched bulbs. Additionally all the exposed air ductwork is also filthy. My mom turned 82 today and has compromised pulmonary issues and when i saw all this the first thing that ran through my mind is I hope she's not gonna inhale all that stuff and have a rough day tomorrow breathing. Again, admittedly, yes, I am being picky but when I take 12 people out to dinner and drop a couple hundred dollars doing such, I want the place to be sharp and on point. The service is and always has been. But the place is looking a little rough. A few guys, a few ladders and a few hours will make a lot of difference.

The thing that jumped out at me was the photo of the burger, now call me crazy but I think at this point I can look at a menu, photos of food and then the reviews to guide me. Yelp hasn't failed me yet! The first thing was walking in the door there were two hostess who smiled and greeted me. We were seated at the bar since there were just two of us. I ordered the Crave burger with bacon and my guest ordered the house salad with tortilla soup. Everything was excellent! The burger was juicy, flavorful, the bacon was perfectly crispy, Smokey and the white cheddar cheese was the perfect compliment! Now let's talk about the bun, I typically don't eat burger buns but this one was the exception to the rule. It was homemade obviously, buttery, light, and toasted to perfection. I ate both of them! Hahahaha! I felt so dirty typing that the French fries were crispy, just the right amount of salty and fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. My guest agrees with everything in this review. The house salad was fresh, the vinaigrette was homemade and delicious and the tortilla soup was even great! The ambience was a place you could have a business meeting or take your significant other on a date night. There is literally something for everyone on their crave-able menu ( see what I did there?) Our server who was the bartender kept our glasses full and made sure he checked on us often. I found my new burger spot in Eagle, Idaho?!?! Five stars.
