The games are so over priced and the employe wasn't even there half of the time he kept going into the back room when me and my friend wanted to ask questions I found a game guide that I wanted to get so I tried to pay for it but then he said "oh that isn't even our sticker" then why was it on there in the first place. One of the games I wanted to get was consistently going for 50 $ on eBay and then I asked how much it was and he said 150$ no haggling. After that I began to look around and most GameCube game that you can buy at GameStop for like 50-60$ were like over 100. The games are so overpriced not to mention the store is a mess and so dirt. The glass cases were so dirty that you could've even see what was under them also behind the counter there are just random games in the floor. The Game Gallery since my last visit has moved and changed a lot. It's still located in downtown Easton and parking is on the street or in a local garage. I found parking for an hour a little expensive in one of the garages. First of the major changes are this is not really an arcade anymore, with there being just a handful of Japanese style cabinets and a few consoles available. As a video game store, is pretty impressive with a large stock that's mostly well organized if it's on the floor. A significant amount of the stock was not priced, which to me is a major concern. Many games are located behind display places and the counter, so you will need assistance, and during my visit they were understaffed with only one person working the counter. Another of the issues this store has is the area behind the counters is messy and not organized as they use the floor for storage of various items. If they don't know where the item is you want to see, it's going to be challenging to find it. Game Gallery does have a selection of used DVD's and Blu-rays. As a very casual gamer, I was impressed with the selection of games this store has, and if you like retro gaming, this store is a must, and it might be the best in the Lehigh Valley. The store however feels incomplete and it feels like the layout needs further work. read more

They have an awesome selection of games and really cool arcade cabinets. It's definitely a nostalgic treat to come in here. I was able to pick up my Switch Lite here and some games. The console was in great condition and I got to test it out before buying. The owner always has some good suggestions and inventory. Always happy to support the local shop. read more

ive tried to give this establishment business and while i do like the layout and store however the hospitality and customer service is horrendous ... ive went there on 2 different occasions ...the first time i went looking for some GBA games ...i asked him for a few titles and he simply said "Come Back when its less busy" SMH WHAT !!! .... 2nd time i tried to support the store i chose some sega genesis games from the wall that were priced at $10 each and when i went to check out he simply said that that wasnt the price and changed the prices on me ... i really held my composure and simply left ......im a collector and avid gamer from the neighborhood just simply wanted to connect and support my local store and i guess i cant ! .... read more

The man behind the counter couldn't be bothered to help us look for the game I wanted. Games scattered all over the counters and floor. Prices are double what they're selling for on eBay. Had a horrible experience with the staff/owner A few years back I did post a review in the past but then it was deleted and then I made a Facebook post about the incident and they use their professional business Facebook page to respond and argue with me. Here's the story: I went there with my son a few times a couple years back and noticed that they had many rare games one of which being earthbound for the super nintendo I noticed the price tag of $350 when the 1st stimulus check came through around the time of the pandemic I went there to purchase the game and they tried switching the price right in front of me and my son's eyes. I asked Angel the owner what he was doing and he said that the price was too low for the game for the condition that it was in he then went over to a computer hidden in a stack of games to look up what he should change the price too I then argued with him that he should just let me buy the game for the stickered price and that it's false advertisement to change the price when somebody goes to make a purchase for one of their Games. Then he said he had more copies of the game downstairs or something but did not go and look for them, waited me out until my kids had to use the bathroom and were hungry at which point I was forced to leave, take them to the bathroom and when I came back the doors were locked What a horrible human being and a disgusting way to operate and conduct business. Never again in my life will I ever recommend somebody to shop here in fact I implore everybody to stay far away from them and take your business to other reputable places With more courteous staff Fair pricing and business practices. The audacity of these people in the way that they treat their customers And feed off of peoples nostalgia is one of the most thoroughly abhorrent things since since DK oldies. This is a nice place for a walk down memory lane they have a arcade in the back and sell old systems and games in front all your old school retro systems that you grew up with. Sadly just like every other retro game store I been to they charge high prices for old games yet won't test it out for you to see if it works before you leave.Which would be a huge bonus and a advantage over ebay. Yes you can return it but if the customer asks they should test it and would save time for both parties involved. In closing i would say go in play the arcade buy some stuff but unless you are with in easy driving distance i say just use emulators read more

I have been here a few times and every time I leave disappointed. As others have said, the store is dark, like we can't pay the electric bill dark. I don't know if that is to save money or if it's to hide the poor condition the games are in. I know that retro games can be in poor condition but they seam to be in worse shape here than other stores I have been too. They also are expensive. They usually have games that I want but the prices tend to be on the high side. There have been a few times where the pawn shop next door has had the same games in better condition for cheaper. The staff also is unhelpful and disinterested in helping out customers. I have had the staff refuse to move boxes from on top or in front of the display cases making it hard to see what's inside. The good thing is the arcade in the back has some good arcade games that are hard to find. Other than the arcade I don't find a reason to shop here. read more

So they had a copy of mr bones for Saturn for $300. I asked the guy if it was sealed and he laughed at me and said it would be worth more than that if it was. And I was like, well it sells loose all day for like $100. I'm willing to make the sale for ya but idk if your prices are negotiable. And he just laughed at me so I left. Then I messaged them online about it and was told I freaked out at them and they had me on video freaking out at them? What? It was one dude and it was a 30 second conversation where I just said ok and left after being laughed at. Idk mr bones is a $100 game. It's never ever sold for $300 in the history of the world. Idk I was just trying to give my money to local businesses even if it was a little more than $100, but $300? Come on. Especially a cash sale. Like, you're not getting 3x eBay pricing and also avoiding the fees. That being said, the only things I saw that were way out of line price wise were Saturn and other boxed cartridge games like snes and nes. Literally all triple. My friend said some of the PlayStation games and stuff were pretty fairly priced but I can't speak for those. I guess it's harder to overprice those games cause they're like $5-20. Either way. I'm happy to remove this review if the owner reaches out to me and apologizes for laughing in my face at me and then saying they have a video of me freaking out but never sent it. Horrible service horrible rates they basically rob you like GameStop for you're older systems and games and give you pennies to the dollar , they claim to be unable to get games that which on Amazon are cheaper and come within a few days , their phone never gets picked up , I've been to the store mon, tuesday, Thursday at various times they should be open and they're always closed , the staff are rude they don't seem to really care or help people out it seems like there only there to play arcade games and not work very unprofessional very over priced and horrible customer service do not recommend , just go on Amazon everything's cheaper and they ship relatively fast and you won't get ripped off or ignored or treated badly, I've been to many used game stores but this time far was the worst experience I ever have , please do not buy unless you want to pay more and not have the ability to contact customer service if something is wrong. Bought an Atari 2600 with a ton of games. Got home and one of the controllers wasn't working properly - I live a couple hours away so I sent them a Facebook message and they promptly sent us new and better controllers! Such a great store, very friendly and helpful, always willing to recommend games. I love this place and make sure to stop in whenever I'm in the area. read more

Absolutely love this store. Their knowledge and admiration of retro games is unparalleled. They've got a ton of games, great prices, and the back of the store is filled with an ever-growing collection of playable arcade machines. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and very low-key. It's a great place to find some Atari classics, N64 must-haves, or even something off the wall (like the Japanese Famicom version of Duck Tales I picked up there!).
