I said it's not 8pm yet. they responded with "those were covid hours posted. " ... Covid has been over since 2022, at least no masks required. Such BS, they wanted to close. . I started this review by saying I want to change my opinion, because they have many brands I buy. But each time I go I get no service and am ignored, and now chased out of the store during open hours. What a shame. Update: I checked there hours on line and it says close at 7pm, but if I'm eating dinner across the street, see people leaving the store, see the window sign hours of 8pm, and it's 7:53, of course I think they are open. Their selection is very limited and they didn't carry the style of black heel boots I wanted but I did find a pair of brown that I fell in love with and with the 30% off they roughly come out to about $45, not bad for a pair of boots. As I'm checking out I can't find the coupon, but was able to pull it up on my phone so they honored it than I go looking for my CC, no where to be found! Well, turns out I left it in my sweater the night before. Lucky for me the one associate placed it on hold overnight, although it was against policy. So the sunsets then rises. I get to work and look in my purse, where the heck is my wallet? Yep, on my bed where I was putting my CC back into but never placed it back in my purse. I called FF to let them know I had forgot my wallet and it was okay if they couldn't hold my shoes any longer, but Max, being the great guy he is said it wasn't a problem and left it on-hold over night again for me! Okay so 2 days later on the third day I made it in and my beautiful Tiara Fergalicious boots were waiting for me! They're extremely warm with the fur layer on the inside and quite comfortable.

The new one is downtown Chicago. John has dry eye (after LASIK and cataracts removals and cornea lens replacements, I am very familiar with dry eye) which causes him to blink an awful lot. John allowed old married me be playful and flirty with young him after hearing when us asked 5'0" tall and my 6'4" white husband if we were together My husband said "Hell NO!" and walked off to look at his own shoes So while John was eyeballing my shoe size ( size women's 5 1/2, size 6 with spendy Curex insoles that only they carry) we were chatty and he permitted me pretend that he was winking at me My new shoes feel like I am walking on clouds I would especially like to mention their SUPERIOR disability parking Not only is there disability parking with a back disability entrance, they PROVIDE their own wheelchair at their risk and cost outside (see photo) As I know far too well from my personal experience as a ‍ runner... we face numerous wrist/knee/ankle/ you name it we got 'em injuries 5 stars to John at Wheaton as well as the young lady who played "fetch," getting shoe sizes and insoles for me 5 stars for ALL Naperville Running Co. And their excellent selection especially for my husband's wide feet, their sock collection which they DONATE and their handled recycle paper bags!!
