Money is better spent elsewhere. I haven't been treated this poorly by a business in a very long time. The groom took 90 minutes longer than expected, and I was not updated about a delay. The owner's response to my frustration about the timing was defensive, blaming of me and my pet, and took no responsibility for her company's delay in service. Who treats their customers this way?
