It would probably be helpful if they would mention on their website that they are not accepting new patients.

My cat I adopted went missing back in summer .I received a call from Alexia stating my cat was…read morefound .She decided to tell me that a couple had been feeding him and was a client of brush college. Then proceeded to tell me they fell in love with my cat and just now decided to take him to brush after my cat being there for months and that's when they found I was the owner. I then made arrangements with them to pick my cat up after them continuing to tell me how attached the finders were to him. mind you my cat was 45 minutes from my town . They had me drive to pick him and and the finders were there along with staff. It was very awkward and I knew from the last few phone conversations with brush they were up to something . Well when I got there staff was on the phone acting very suspicious as she was whispering to the people not the phone. They put the call on hold and said its was APLand I wasn't able to leave with my cat till APL spoke with me which staff asked if I wanted to speak with APL and I stated yes then staff pretended to have to go in the backroom for something it was to get on the phone in the back so I couldn't hear her conversation .They contacted APL saying I neglected my cat because they were to busy protecting their clients heart instead of me and my childrens. They knew what they were doing I don't understand why they would have me drive there and waste my time to do something so cruel to someone.i had been in touch with APL and they knew the situation and they had no problems until brush got involved and decided to continue to allow the finders to keep my cat after knowing he was mine... They're very rude, unprofessional, dishonest and don't not follow the protocols. I wouldn't recommend this kind of place to anyone.

Very helpful staff and a good value. They are very dog friendly. Very clean and welcoming.read more

We have been coming to this place for many years with multiple dogs we have had and currently have,…read morerecently we have experienced as family a very traumatic incident. The way we were treated by receptionist ladies is simply not right, from asking for help and guidance we simply did not receive any good help at all. We had to switch on one our dogs to another clinic as we were turned down for service on Saturday when we called twice asking for help. They stayed numb and not helpful. As much money as we spent at that hospital I think we should be treated way more kind and better. Our whole family is traumatized by the experience and only time will let us heal from this. Very disappointed. The service quality in this country is not the same as used to be 20 years ago. People not as caring and kind as used to be. I feel so victimized and mistreated. Definitely will not receive an apology from stuff but I pray God other people will never go thru such horrible experience like we did. I requested transfer records for a dog they did not treated in emergency visit and they said they sent records but it was not completed, which is very unprofessional. Records should be given at any time requested. I recommend more compassion to this place. It got worse. I had to call back and request anxiety medicine for my dog after surgery they refused, I wanted to talk to the Dr they refused me in such service. I found later injury and bruises on his neck that was not there. They even did not charge me for the surgery which means they r covering up something they did to my dog that is not right. I am highly making the public aware of this place do not trust them so not bring your pets there because you won't get any good help, no answers, no personal treatment but you are just a number.

Star if possible. I have been a client for over 16yrs and Dr. Groesch was a wonderful vet who I saw…read moreas a friend. Dr. Groesch new my pups are my kids and how important they are to me and truly cared. However, he is no longer at Fairview Hospital for Animals. So do not expect the same level of compassion, bedside manner or communication you are used to. Sadly Dr. Mansur was given 1400 plus clients that he never had to work for and to him you and your loving fur baby are just a number.
