I would come here again. We loved it. Best veggie pizza I ever ate. My sister said same thing. Weird, but it works! Plenty of drinks to choose from... a whole fridge to pick from.. lol Bacon popcorn is weird, but we couldn't stop eating it even though we were like... hmm... Very helpful staff!! Cool old antique stove and cool decor vibes.

I definitely will come back. Very dog friendly since they have outdoor dining. Also they are vegan friendly. Great pizza ! Only one thing is I was looking for the "partner" of pizza and beer which is chicken wings, but they don't have that. However, still will come back for their pizza!

Just have to update my review to commend The Fridge for adapting their business to meet COVID guidelines, enforce the rules and make their guest feel safe. All tables have been removed from inside. They have an employee standing by the fridge to get your beer for you. The tables in the outside tented areas are spatially distanced and QR code's on each table. Food purchase is required at some point during your stay.

A strong 4.25. I've been stopping in here for the better part of 6 years when I'm in town from Virginia and have always loved this spot as a "beer guy". It's a cool cozy space to grab beer to go, have a pour and some food. When it's cold out, they've got some wood stoves fired up to warm up. The draft list is always well managed. They've always got a healthy selection of IPAs, stouts, porters, etc. most of which are local to the PA area. They even manage to get a few Hill Farmstead taps from time to time. My one gripe are the price points on can singles to go are absurd. There is a great selection but the prices per can are painful. The craft IPA/DIPAs that id be interested in leaving with range from $7-$12...per can! Good for them if they have no trouble getting those cans out the door relatively fresh but that markup is just too much. Anyhow, I'm there for the draft nowadays which is always rotating and tasteful. You can even get a flight. I'll see you guys next visit!

Excellent spot to explore craft beers. I used to live down the street and would walk over to pick up mix and matched six packs. It's a great spot in town for lunch as well. They have a roasted veggie sandwich with delicious avocado hummus that is to die for! The location is small but has indoor and outdoor seating. Great little spot.

I went to the fridge for the first time on a Friday afternoon to meet friends and loved it! Super fun atmosphere and I have never seen so many beers in one place locally. Beers are organized by location which is so fun. They also had ciders--I recommended the Blueberry cider--and cocktails. They have a small food menu that includes personal pizzas and mini cupcakes from Lancaster cupcake. Vegan options too! There is some outdoor seating as well which would be nice on a warm day. When we first arrived around 3 it was very quiet but definitely picked up during happy hour. I really enjoyed the experience and I'm looking forward to going back!

While no cider (it's okay), the Lindemand apple will be a great replacement (next time 'she' will do the strawberry beer tested before we exited...served by Bert). Food: Chicken sandwich with large chicken potion, tasty sauce, and potato fries (salted to perfection...perhaps some rosemary powered next time?). 'He" had 5 double fried wings with that same orange colored dressing. Portions of both are perfect for lunch after Central Marketing. Service: Immediate 'welcome' attention from the bar staff at entering. Setting choices from server Jess, with menus help choosing food and drinks...patient and professional by checking drinks availability. Drinks appeared promptly and food appropriately arrived after a few sips of drinks...and this was with a family table of 11, and at least 8 other patrons. Attentive Jesse checks our progress, then brings the billing at the right time, as well as vocally surveys our pleasures of food and drinks. Great first time, and with a pleasant chat with Bert, who we realized we had known from times. Thanks to Bert, Jesse and the bar staff for all their help...we will do this again, and again, but perhaps in warmer times. Price per person $10-20

Owners Evita and Solise have created a space that shows appreciation to the culture, while celebrating the stories of people of African diaspora through literature and art. For those who are reading this and are from the DMV area think of Busboy & Poets but with a little twist. So what's the twist you ask? They offer beer and wine through a self-serve tap system. Meaning you receive a wristband that allows you to help yourself to a variety of local beers and wine. Each is charged by the ounce and is charged to your tab at the end of your visit. An added bonus is two of the wines that were available were made in-house; the Concord Jungle and Mizz Education. We enjoyed the Mizz Education which is a sweet and refreshing Moscato so much we ended up taking two bottles home with us. Let me just say this, I've been to my fair share of restaurants for brunch and the food at Concrete Rose hands down is the top 5 best food I've ever had. We tried a variety of options which include the Salmon Avocado Toast, Soul of the Sea and Chicken wings with concord bbq sauce. All were seasoned, cooked and plated to perfection. Whew Lord just thinking about those crab cakes with herbed garlic butter and remoulade sauce has me thinking about taking a road trip to get some more. Ambiance, food and service are all top tier at A Concrete Rose. Do yourself a favor and check them out. There's so much there for you to see and try! I can promise you one thing, you won't be disappointed. Evita and Solise you've outdone yourselves on this one! So proud of what you both have accomplished. When we were seated, we were given the prix fixe food menu but never provided with a drink menu. We were served water, but our waitress didn't ask if we'd like cocktails, wine, or any featured Valentine's drinks. For a special occasion dinner, that felt like a major oversight. The bigger issue, though, was the food. Several courses were noticeably undercooked and difficult to enjoy. The carrot salad had hard, undercooked carrots and a very bitter sauce that overwhelmed the dish. The grilled Badger Flame beets were also undercooked and had an unpleasant flavor. The beet risotto was firm and lacked the creamy consistency you expect from a properly prepared risotto. The halibut tasted overly fishy and seemed undercooked in the center. For $75 per person on Valentine's Day, we expected a polished, thoughtfully executed experience. Instead, the meal felt poorly prepared and not worth the price. It was an unsatisfying way to spend what should have been a special evening. The ambiance was very nice but the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired.
