If you are a patient here, please scrutinize every invoice you receive very carefully. I could write a book on how many times I've been double billed for a procedure, been charged for a procedure that I shouldn't have been charged for, and finally, an invoice I paid in their office back in April that I continue to receive every month. No one in their billing office can seem to make this problem go away and there's just no excuse for that. I had billing issues with them back in 2019 also. Please, please beware and scrutinize all charges on all invoices you receive from this facility.

I mentioned that they already did that at another doctor office and so he said to have them send her records. I didn't find out until later when I had left that the dermatology office was suppose to have me fill out a records request form so I had to go back and request the form. We paid a $30.00 copay, sat and waited for 30min for the doctor to look at her for two minutes with not the best attitude, he prescribed her the same acne treatment as before which didn't help. and he didn't bother to look at her nails. Was a very disappointing appointment and they seem to only care about money and not you.
