We asked for the manager after finally getting my food. The manager/floor supervisor was apologetic but also full of excuses. Instead of correcting the staff he started doing their work for them. Including bringing us our bill and refilling our drinks. While going through the bill another patron, having just sat down, and upon hearing our report of the service, got up and left. The manager did give us a discount on the bill for the poor service but I'd much rather have had a good dining experience. I hate to say this but I think age is a factor. All of the waitresses were in their early to mid 20s and really had no work ethic. The manager was similarly aged, maybe slightly older, and didn't know how to manage his team.
