For such a tiny shop, they bring in many plant varieties that even Canadian Tire next door doesn't stock. The owner is also sweet and accommodating and would give you tips on plant care if you need it. Here are some plant goodies I've picked up in the past year: - Rubber Plant 3.5inch pot $10 - Hoya Pubicalyx 4inch $18 - Peperomia Hope 3.5inch $7 - 5inch white round ceramic pot made from Germany is less than $15 During the lockdown, they do pickups and payments in-store. Annie and her crew are amazing beans, especially during this pandemic. I asked her team to create something for a friend who had a book published, and suggested colors I would like. It turned out so lovely. I also want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the delivery crew. The man who had delivered flowers to my friend was so kind to call when he was unable to deliver to my friend since she wasn't home. He tried to ensure the flowers would get to my friend by giving it to the front desk of the complex, but was turned away because of the COVID-19 situation. So he called to let me know that he left it hidden by the side door, and hopes it'll make it. It meant a lot to me, because if it was returned to the shop, I don't think it would have made it to my friend. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism in how all of this was handled and am so grateful to have found May Flowers.

He said they were not in season yet and will try his best to see if any were available and there wasn't any. His assistant was such a sweet woman and was updated on the situation. She recommended an arrangement that would have the same impact as Peonies. They delivered it to the hotel and when we got into her room, my fiance was stunned with the set. She absolutely loves them! After calling the store about ordering flowers for our wedding we were set-up with an appointment with Ron. When we met with Ron at the shop we went over all the items we needed for our wedding and we showed him some photos of the colours and look we were going for. Our experience was a very personalized experience here. Unfortunately, they are not very responsive through e-mails and it is best to contact them in-person or by phone for more complex/large orders like ours. Value (5/5) We ordered my bride's bouquet ($150), three bridesmaids bouquets ($85 each), four boutineers ($10 each), and two corsages ($20 each) and a table top floral arrangement ($75) from them for around $700 tax and shipping included! Many of the other stores we were inquiring from were quoting us around $1000 for this so we saved around $300 from ordering from them in comparison so other wedding floral shops. Shipping was only $10 for each address and we got half the flowers shipped to the groom's house and half to the bride's house which worked great for putting on the boutineers and corsages for the parents. Quality (5/5) The flowers were all very nicely packaged in cardboard boxes and safely kept so not as to damage the flowers. The bountineers and corsages were shipped in a box and each of them were inside little clear plastic bags with water inside so keep them staying fresh for longer. The small shop sells beautiful vases, prearranged bouquets, and also has a glass case filled with the most stunning (and expensive) fresh flowers in the neighborhood. While prices are expensive ($25+ for a stem of silk flowers) the quality is undeniable and the flowers look real! I recently purchased some silk flowers to fill two vases I had received as a wedding gift. I chose the stems and greenery (with the help of knowledgeable staff ) and opted to put the arrangements together on my own (saving about $70 in labour). If you are looking to purchase a more complicated custom arrangement, however, the staff at Flowers Plus are extremely talented and reliable, and for the extra money you'll get something that will look stunning and last forever.
