I feel like I see the same dresses every time I'm in the shop. Decent selection of non-resale accessories, but (and I'll admit this was several visits ago so I don't know if it's still happening), I've spotted fake designer handbags here. So, if that's what you're looking for, buyer beware. And Karen, it's not legal to sell fake bags. Consigning here is pretty easy and I've had decent success in my items selling. However, if something doesn't sell and you fail to pick it up they will donate it. And they won't give you a reminder call that your consignment is up, so it's on you as the seller to be organized enough to remember that date. I lost a high end piece by not paying attention to my calendar. My fault, I know. But worth pointing out. But I have to say, beyond the clothes or selling process here, the thing that always strikes me the most when I go to Karen's is how grumpy and unfriendly their staff is. It's pretty ridiculous. It's retail. Would it kill these girls to smile and say hello? Apparently it might.
