The Flatiron is quite possibly the best thing in Jerome. The cozy cafe situated in the most precarious location with a really great look out point. My cousin and I were lucky enough to swoop right in before the kitchen closed. We shared a grilled and cheese sandwich ($10.75) + ($4.50 for the ham). To be honest, I felt a little impatient waiting for our sandwich because given the space and kitchen, I just expected a simple grilled ham & cheese situation. Instead, out came the most glorious grilled ham and cheese I have ever encountered. It was beautifully crafted - 2 types of melty cheese (cheddar + havarti), a thick slice of honey ham, topped with fresh spinach all sandwiched between two toasted slices of garlic butter-ed whole grain bread. It was unexpectedly gourmet and a perfect treat after trekking up and down the hills of Jerome. I'm pretty sure I met Chad during our quick meal. He's nice. And Flatiron is the perfect pit stop.

This place is cozy and a vibe! Walked into badass music and just great casual conversation. It's rare to find people that can just vibe and converse so naturally that I almost forgot to order. I didn't catch the gals name that helped with our order but she made this place an experience and like we were their closest friends and I was legit at their house. We got the caramel latte and that iced coffee was shaken and smooth. Obviously got a scone since Chad is local famous for them and it was perfection. the show stopper are his eggs. These are some of the best fluffiest eggs I have ever had. Ever. Really enjoyed the flatiron and will be back just for the experience.

    Everything bagel, apple scone, espresso

I don't have many pictures but such a cute place! We stopped in on our way to Sedona to grab a coffee, small seating area but we sat at the bar and got to see them make the coffee and food and it was great. Staff were very welcoming and nice and even gave us a fresh free scone which was TO DIE FOR. I believe it was Apple cranberry. Perfect crunchy on the outside and slight soft on top. Love it

Chickpea sandwich with kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes and side salad

Visiting Sedona and decided to take a trip up to Jerome. This place was recommended to me by a friend who had coffee here and thought the food looked good. The food here was amazing, so fresh, the best meal I ate during my week in Sedona. I'm vegan so sometimes the vegan options are limited to a veggie burger or salad. I got the chickpea sandwich with a side salad and immediately upon tasting the salad I knew this was going to be an amazing meal and it was. This place is easy to miss but well worth looking for. I ate at vegan restaurants during my stay and still nothing compared to how yummy this sandwich and salad were. I will definitely make the drive here on my next visit to Sedona. Also plenty people came in just for the scones. It looked amazing as well with fresh blueberries and made me wish l ate dairy. Oh, and the lemonade was very refreshing.

I hadn't been to Jerome for some years so I drove up to walk around and have some breakfast in my favorite building. The Flatiron steals its name from New York City's iconic building. Sitting here in the triangle-shaped room when the sun begins to stream in and light up the yellow space is just mentally uplifting. Looking out the large window while enjoying my latte and incredible quesadilla made the morning fulfilling.

Very cute place! Lots of local paintings on the walls inside. Cappuccino was strong so if you're looking for bold coffee this is the place to be. Service was quirky and fun.

    Flatiron Cafe, Jerome AZ

The Flatiron Cafe is a tiny, cute little lunch spot in Jerome AZ. Our sandwiches were big and good. The Scone was excellent. The owner was friendly and the local gossip made for a great lunch!

One of the biggest reasons The Clinkscale is so special is the people. The GM, Michael, is always such an amazing individual. Every time we see him, he is incredibly welcoming, personable, and makes us feel genuinely appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about the restaurant, his staff, and the experience every guest has. Our server this time was Lauren, and she was incredible! She was attentive, friendly, personable, and helped make another already great experience even better. The service here is consistently some of the best we have experienced anywhere. And then there's the food. Being the creature of habit that I am, I had to get the filet mignon again--and there is a reason I keep coming back to it. It is honestly one of the best filets I have ever had. Perfectly prepared, incredibly tender, and consistently outstanding every single time. We also tried their seasonal pumpkin crème brûlée, and it was KILLER. Such a great seasonal twist on an already amazing dessert and the perfect way to finish the meal. The Clinkscale has become more than just a restaurant we enjoy--it has become part of what we look forward to when visiting Jerome. Incredible food, an amazing atmosphere, and truly wonderful people. Michael, Lauren, and the entire team continue to make every visit memorable. If you are anywhere near Jerome, The Clinkscale needs to be on your list. Easily one of our favorite restaurants in Arizona and a place we will continue coming back to again and again. Five stars doesn't feel like enough!

I love general store old fashion candy and popcorn. When you first step in the smell of butter and caramel popcorn immediately hugs your senses in a warm embrace. There are rows of bagged candies, rows and rows of truffles in the glass case, and retro candy scattered throughout. It would be a bit overwhelming if I wasn't a popcorn / candy nut. I skipped over the gummies and candy you can find anywhere, skimmed over the retro offering and beelined to the popcorn. I settled for the large bags of caramel and kettle which were reasonably priced. Another customer behind me commented it was too high priced but you get high quality ingredients. Easily taking a tie for the second spot for best popcorn I've had in my life. Both the caramel & kettle are crisp, few to no kernels, and is the perfect level of sweetness. Our family snacked on the bags days after and it stayed crisp and delicious to the last bite. Regrets were made on not buying more; lol. (#1 Happy Popcorn booth in Ensenada & #2 CGV in Buena Park) Highly recommend! Yum!!

However, if I ask you to keep mayonnaise (new addition to old menu item) out of my vegetable burrito because it nauseates me...and all I get is an argument from staff telling me it was alway made that way and the menu states it - when it clearly does not, I have no need to patronize an establishment which is devoid of basic customer service etiquette. The singular change I will not accept is being served up hatred with my order. The new staff - Pam and Violet, have overtly argumentative, unwilling, and erroneous positions toward their basic job function. No matter how much the pastry situation improved - Jessica, everything else has significantly devolved here!!!!
