I spoke with a young girl and asked her why was my friend charge so much when the advertising says $43 and with Yelp review $5 off? She then proceeds to tell me that he had to bring the flyer in to receive that price. To which I replied. Your flyer does not state that. Why was he charged $44? She then repeated it again and I told her that made no sense. You are not honoring what your flyer says and that is false advertisement. She told me that it was not false advertisement. That he was supposed to bring the flyer and H E did not say anything about the flyer otherwise I could have done something! I asked her about coming back and getting refund of the $ owed because it should only be $38. Very rudely she told me that she couldn't give me a refund and that it was his fault. At that point I just didn't want to argue any longer with her. This clubs advertising is false and they do not honor what they put out! I shouldn't have to argue a price when you clearly are advertising $43 for all new patients then charge $49 to people who have no clue you are really advertising for a lower price! The receptionist was nice, and you had to fill out a bunch of paperwork asking about your medical issues. It wasn't that long of a wait at all, and you get evaluated by the doctor. If you want, you can bring any prescription meds you have to the doctor so he can make sure it won't affect anything else! And don't worry people, they're actual doctors! MD's! Haha.
