I am posting this to make others aware of the current communication delays. I will gladly update this review and the rating once the three defective pieces are replaced. They finally came out. Since then we have called them twice and left messages for someone to call us back so we could setup a day to do the work. They never responded to any of our phone calls. They have a prerecored message saying they are booked out for a few weeks but most work can be completed within 2 weeks. I understand that they might be busy but it is good business practice to at least call your customers back and explain your schedule and see if they are willing to wait. Since they never called me back I guess they did not need my business so now I will call someone else for a new estimate.....I would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately, when I explained the gate installation left a larger gap underneath than I hoped for? We occasionally host a small dog who can easily get under it, ( as well as getting nightly visits from cats and other small animals, ) Ryan promised to come back an add a small extension /sweep to the bottom of the gate. We also chose them because they built the fence from scratch, rather than using pre-made fence panels. This was important for our fence section that was on a small slope. We also wanted a fence shorter than the standard 6 feet tall fence. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after each day of work. We are very happy with how the fence looks. We went through Lowe's to have our fence installed and they sub the work to Ergeon in Philadelphia…read more They were supposed to call us for a phone consultation and never called. We then called them and were told there was nobody available to talk to. Almost a week later they called us and apologized. We had the phone call and set a date. A little while later Lowe's sent us a confirmation for a different date so we tried to contact Ergeon at the number they gave us and no answer. Sent a text, no response. Two days later sent another text, no response. Two days after that tried to call, no answer and no response again to text. Called Lowe's who tried to call, no answer but they left a message for them to call us. Almost two days later they finally called and had an attitude. We told the guy all we wanted was a 10 second confirmation for the date and time because Lowe's gave a different one than them. He said he always tells people to ignore that from Lowe's but he never told us that. Again, he apologized. They were supposed to come out and go over everything but a different co, Innovation Fence, came over who told us they sub for Ergeon, so this is the 3rd co. We went over everything and set a date for install. They came out with yet a 4th company to help and put the fence up. On top of the price we were charged an additional $300 to have dirt removed. Literally a few days after install, a whole section of our fence fell down and 4-5 of the post caps blew off in minimal wind. We called Ergeon, no answer. Called Innovation Fence and the guy said he would come fix it. He came and the problem was he cut the top rail too short so it wasn't holding the fence panels in. He fixed it. Over the next week we spent time asking neighbors for our post caps that kept blowing off, finding them in the street where two got smashed... We went online and bought several and had to silicone them on ourselves after paying almost $16,000 for a fence! It is disgraceful that this is how Lowe's lets their customers be treated, how Ergeon treats the customers they were given through Lowe's, and the work the other fence co did! Our son who lives right down the road, had his fence installed by Direct fence and his looks much better, cost almost half, had no extra cost for dirt removal costs, and he has had zero problems! Ergeon actually asked us to remove the review we posted
