From beginning to end, Ergeon Fence has been top rate. The initial estimate was done using satellite technology, which was impressive. Several days later the installer came out to check measurements and explain the process and answer any questions. Reviewing and signing the contract was all done online. We made several revisions, which took another day or so, but turnaround was extremely fast. On the day of the install, the installation team arrived on time and within an hour they had our old wood fence down and the new vinyl posts in the ground. The entire install was completed in roughly 6 hours. They removed every last piece of our old fence and left our back yard clean and neat. Our new vinyl fence looks great. We couldn't be happier. From the sales staff to the project manager, to the installation crew, the entire process was stress free. I would recommend Ergeon to anyone considering a new vinyl fence. read more

Highly recommend this Company! My installers were fantastic! They were very polite, always checked in with me to make sure I was happy during the install and worked extremely hard over two days, sometimes in the rain to install my new fence! Before the installation I walked through the yard with Manuel and explained to him my concern for my dogs and not getting out. He reassured me that he would make sure the fence would be installed correctly and assured me that there would be no gaps for that to happen. After the work was completed, Manuel walked me through the entire installation, showing me the details of the work and always checking to see if I approved or not. Once we completed the final walk through, he let me know that if later something came up that needed attention to please call and he would make sure it was addresses as soon as possible. The new fence looks great and I have two very happy dogs! read more

From start to finish this company communicated every step of the way, responses were fast, and work was done on schedule. Had very pleasant interactions with all members of the team from Sales (Dan), to the Project Manager (Krystal) to the Foreman/Installer (Donary). Never had one issue and my salesman even responded to my questions on his day off. I was told the work would be an all day event but they arrived around 9:30am and had the project completed and cleaned up by 12:30pm. I even got a discount for paying by ACH (every penny saved helps!) I'm very satisfied with the work and the process with them! Just a note, the fence work didn't make my yard barren (see pics). I had tree work done the day before that tore up my yard a little (expected). read more

Ergeon is a good company to work with. They were responsive and helpful in every aspect of my fencing project. They are reasonably priced and upfront about all cost of the project. Their pricing is very reasonable and fair. The quality of their workmanship and materials is great. The project manager works with you on installation dates. Installation took 2 weeks from the time I signed the contract (it would have been sooner but it was raining on the original installation date). The labor team was efficient and respectful of me and my property. Overall working with Ergeon was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. read more

I just had a conversation with Kimberly at Ergeon about having a new 4 foot tall chain link fence installed around my yard, and all my questions and fence details were taken care of in about ten minutes. Kimberly was very pleasant to talk to and explained everything about the new fence installation and removal of my old wood fence on a video call to make sure everything was done correctly. And, on Sunday afternoon and on Mother's Day! I have to say, a pleasure dealing with Ergeon and Kimberl. I would definitely recommend them to all that need a new fence. read more

Getting one quote from other companies is sometimes difficult. Not the case with Ergeon. They were able to provide me with different options on demand. I felt understood and appreciated. Prices were competitive. They are really transparent with any additional fees and such. The only negative is that I needed this fence put up yesterday and they seem to be busy (I guess that is a good thing) I will call them in the future for any other project I might have. read more

The crew did an excellent job on my fence. I needed a new section put up and while that job was pending, the major wind storm we had, broke a different part of my fence. The crew showed up earlier so that they could complete both jobs! I am so glad I used Ergeon! Also, they walk you through every step of the way making the process less stressful! I am glad I found them and will definitely use Ergeon for future projects! read more

Kimberly was very knowledgeable and polite through the entire conversation. Under her direction I was able to show her my existing fence. This allowed her to give me an estimate for a new vinyl fence. The estimate that she gave me was very competitive with my other offers. Unfortunately I went with another contractor. Kimberly was very professional and knowledgeable. She is an asset to your company. read more

Very please and referred them to several neighbors read more

Julio was very helpful and answered most of my questions before I even asked! 3D modeling was great and accurate. Very professional and clear. No nonsense and overall great experience. The price was better than another quote I received, but it seems high. Maybe it's because of the length and not the materials. So far, I would recommend Ergeon to others . read more

Getting a quote for fence was very easy. Everything was done with technology like satellite imagining, 3D visualization, and video call. I'm a busy person with 3 jobs so it was perfect for me. The rep that helped me was also very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I called several places for a quote and this was by far my favorite. read more
