I just knew with our initial conversation, that although I was going to speak to others, I was going to hire C & N Fence Company. The fence is quality material, and the cost for installation was fair. Calvin is personable and his men are well trained. I love looking out the windows to see our new vinyl fence. The fence looks great and Calvin is the best. I must note that it is a little scary choosing a contractor on the internet. I was burned with a Big Box "contractor", but took the chance one more time. I made the right decision with C & N Fence and highly recommend.

I hired this company for a vinyl fence installation. Overall, the installation process went fine,…read morebut I noticed factory defects (deep indents) on three prominent panels visible from the street. I contacted the company two weeks post-installation. They quickly agreed it was a defect and promised to replace the pieces within two weeks.Unfortunately, communication has since stalled. After multiple follow-ups, I was told parts were on order, but weeks have passed with no updates and no response to my latest email. I am posting this to make others aware of the current communication delays. I will gladly update this review and the rating once the three defective pieces are replaced. They finally came out. Replaced the three panels as you can see in the picture. One panel is slightly shaded at different color and the other one has a dent now.

I loved that he would always show me choices, ask me what I wanted/liked and then would give his input. Additionally, he hand selects the boards. We have had so many compliments on our new fence, etc. Several of our neighbors are planning to use him now as well. Additionally, Mitch has a great sense of humor and was really fun to work with. Thank you Mitch & crew for an outstanding experience!

Mitch Decker, owner of Urban fence is by far the best fence company I have ever worked with,…read moreMitch's quality and attention to detail is amazing. I'm a 38 year Union Carpenter, so I understand the business. What I thought was standard practice on building a fence was nowhere close to Mitch's standard. We went with the board over board privacy fence with the 2x6 cap and 8" kicker board, the Postmaster galvanized posts were installed rather than 4x4 post. I simply could not be happier. Mitch also fabricated the steel gates, along with steel posts that were welded, sand blasted and powder coated, with redwood tongue and grove picket inlay. He also built my neighbors gates.
