Pam was our waitress and she was a joy! The food was delicious. I had the Fried Green Tomatoes and Serenbe Green Salad with Fried Chicken. I recommend both! Also, ask for biscuits for the table!

WTF stands for Wine, Turkey, Friends which is what we had for our Friendsgiving weekend. We loved that The Farmhouse breakfast is included when you stay on the property. The buffet style breakfast includes scrambled eggs, smashed potatoes, bacon, chicken sausage, French toasts, a variety of pastries, bagels & toasts. They also had hot oatmeal, grits and all the toppings along with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and cereal. The service was pleasant greeting all the guests, pouring beverages and providing condiments. They also bring out the fresh biscuits! The menu was simple and tasty. The only complaint was the French toast. It was drenched in butter or oil, crispy and really not edible. It was the oddest tasting I'd ever had. Fresh juice, coffee and tea will be provided upon request. The Farmhouse is exactly that. Charming, rustic, cozy and elegant with a bar, many seating spaces and lots of windows providing natural lighting. One of the servers suggested returning for lunch and dinner service. They have a low season when kids are in school and the weather is cooler to just have a bite. I'd love to come back and experience more farm to table goodness.

We came to Serenbe for a mini-babymoon & ate here Saturday night. We had heard great things about the Hill, but preferred to try this spot & it did not disappoint! Highlights: *great ambiance in a sweet country house. Very cozy. *service was wonderful & our waitress was really nice *crab cake - wish it was 2 instead of one big cake, but it was perfectly cooked *raspberry chocolate cake - SO delicious & a perfect balance of tart raspberry & decadent chocolate *short rib sous vide Other notes: *pumpkin gnocchi with truffle - loved it, but a little tough & I wouldn't have known it was pumpkin if the menu didn't say

I was visiting for a screening and stayed for dinner. There was just the two of us. I've always loved the ambience here. Warm, friendly with a touch of elegance. Quiet enough to be able to hear your party but not so much that you can hear the other table's conversation. Food: I had the Duck Breast which was lean without being dry and it wasn't gamey. The sides complemented the protein well. I would give to a 4.5 stars and only because it was just a tad under seasoned. My friend's lamb was absolutely gorgeous. Though it looked more like a fall entree than a summer one. She said it was cooked just right also. We shared the Serenbe Greens salad and the Tuna appetizer. The salad tasted fresh and the greens was what you would expect from a farm to table restaurant: crisp, flavorful and fresh. I especially liked the shallot dressing as it tasted handcrafted without the excessive oil or sugar. The tuna tartare was sublime! Definitely top grade tuna that you can cut with a spoon. The service was attentive and fast. It was a Sunday night and the place was pretty packed but our order was taken promptly and served at the right temperature. I love this experience as much as I loved my last one in 2021.

This was our second time attending this restaurant. We had and amazing time. After dinner we fed the farm animals.

So came here as a gift for our daughter's graduation dinner. We weren't told when we made reservations back in Sept that it would be a set menu. So once we got there, it was, and there were no substitutes. The price was 98pp. With a 78 back tip, it probably wouldn't have been so bad if we could have substituted some things my husband couldn't eat. But the wellington was delicious. Maybe not 98 bucks worth but good. Would we come back not if it's a set menu.

During our group stay Nov 3-6, we had breakfast at the Farmhouse buffet 3x - they have great options - eggs, potatoes, bacon, fresh fruit, fluffy biscuits. Again they were great about dairy free + gluten free on request - making fresh scrambled eggs without butter or cream for our friend who is dairy free. The woman who runs the window (super short blonde hair, GREAT style) was AMAZING. Not only with us, but how she interacted with her staff. Super appreciated her. We had a dinner under the stars on the last night and Chef Nick outdid himself - 5 courses & each course was better than the next and the pastry chef made incredible dairy free sugar free dessert. Our 2 servers were attentive & great with their wine pairing selections. Looking forward to our next girls trip!

A delicious meal and experience. See photos for what we enjoyed and cost. I'd recommend, but I wouldn't say our server was knowledgeable or timely. This wouldn't deter me from going back as we all are having some staffing hiccups in our business. The manger was awesome and helped get things on track. Enjoy and like my photos ---look for activity one to enjoy !!

We had a delicious dinner for date night last night in the beautiful, pastural, and serene environment. The pictures speak tot he delicious presentation of the food. They give you plenty and the service is five-star. This spot reminds me of a beautiful B and B in rural New England, and I'm just delighted it is just a short drive from home. My wife and I are thinking of coming to stay one week for rest and relaxation. It's a very quaint property, suitable for wedding, gatherings, receptions, and just dinner with the family or for two. I strongly recommend The Farmhouse for a delicious, high-class, and elegant dinning experience. We were quite pleased.

    $22 tomato

The service here is excellent. We had lunch and dinner here and were so pleased by that. But the food was-- meh. I made the mistake of ordering the $22 starter heirloom tomato carpaccio and was seriously served a plate of sliced tomatoes with some capers and parsley on a plate. This presentation of not even a whole tomato for $22. I don't mind paying fine dining prices but the food should be... I guess, better than a sliced tomato? My husband had the risotto which was good and the en we split the chocolate coulant for dessert which was dense and burnt-- not the delicate, moist chocolate experience it should have been. Just some slightly lazy execution in my opinion. Can't say enough good things about the service-- can't stop feeling slightly embarrassed over paying $22 for a tomato.

The Farmhouse is a historic house converted to a restaurant near the Inn at Serenbe. We came here for my sister's birthday and the experience was overall nice. It's a farm to table concept with a limited menu of options and leans towards the more expensive side. We all loved the cheddar biscuit basket, those were very memorable. The dishes we ordered included the risotto, flank steak, fried chicken and trout. Everything was tasty and flavorful. The service could afford to be more friendly and centered on true Southern hospitality.

I wouldn't have ever gone in but I was invited and glad I did. Food was delicious, hot, and very tasty. Service was amazing as well. I'll be back for sure.

    Venison Tenderloin

Went here for the first time recently and I honestly can't say enough good things. The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door, the host was very friendly and helpful, seating us promptly for our reservation. The restaurant had a cozy, casual vibe with lots of great lighting and aesthetic touches throughout. The wait staff was awesome and was able to answer any of our questions as well as making note of other dietary restrictions. The food was outstanding and well priced for the quality and taste, I had the venison tenderloin and my wife had the prime striploin, both were cooked precisely as requested and delicious. We will definitely be returning.

Customer service was engaging and friendly, and offered excellent recommendations. And our food took a bit longer than usually expected to come to our table, but I didn't mind because it seems like almost everything is made to order. Also, they describe their food as "clean". Both the krispy kale and Brussel sprouts tacos (w/ salmon instead of tofu) and the build a burger were tasty with both flavors being on point. The outdoor seating is a nice modern wooden set up with the cutest table fans that kinda resemble windmill architecture. The drinks were good..and strong, so beware. I had the cucumber bliss (gin, cucumber, lime soda, lime juice, agave, and elderflower). My friend had the house margarita (tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave). Overall, we enjoyed dining at Halsa..and highly recommend! don't let the older reviews discourage you.

One employee told me that they were working hot foods or something along those lines when I inquired about my latte. Waffle House - Where the Floors Are Sticky, the Drama Is Free, and the Food Hits Every Time…read more Listen... if you ain't never been to a Waffle House at 2 AM, did you even grow up in America? This is not just a restaurant--it's a rite of passage, a survival test, and a front-row seat to the greatest live-action reality show on Earth. You don't come here for luxury; you come here for greasy greatness, questionable decision-making, and a dining experience that might include a WWE-style brawl in the background. Ambiance - 3/10 (But That's Part of the Charm) Let's be honest: Waffle House looks the same in every city, state, and alternate universe. Sticky floors? Check. Booth seats held together by duct tape and hope? Check. A random customer who looks like they've been here since the Clinton administration? Absolutely. But you know what? That's what makes it legendary. This place is consistent. If Michelin stars were based on reliability, Waffle House would have five. It doesn't matter if you walk into one in Atlanta or one in the middle of nowhere--they all feel like they were copy-pasted by God himself. Service - 8/10 (They Work HARD, Respect Them!) I don't care what anyone says: Waffle House employees are built DIFFERENT. They can cook a full breakfast, handle a fight, take your order, and break up a table argument all at the same time--WITHOUT messing up your hashbrowns. My waitress? Efficient, unfazed, and 100% about her business. Did she smile? No. Did she get my order right? Yes. And in Waffle House, that's what matters. Food - 7.8/10 (The Grease God's Gift to Mankind) Now let's get to the real reason we're here--the food. I don't know what kind of seasoning sorcery they got going on, but Waffle House never misses. * Waffles? Fluffy perfection. You ever had a waffle so good you had to sit back and reflect on your life? That's what they do here. * Hash Browns? A masterpiece. Get them scattered, smothered, covered, chunked, diced--hell, get the whole damn menu on top of them. They WILL hit every time. * Bacon, Eggs, and Toast? Simple, but cooked with the precision of a world-class chef. They know how to season, flip, and serve like their lives depend on it. And let's not forget--the sweet tea alone has enough sugar to fuel a NASCAR race, but we love it that way. Final Verdict - 8.4/10 (Because It's WAFFLE HOUSE.) Look, Waffle House is a cultural institution. You don't come here for peace, quiet, or a stress-free experience--you come for late-night magic, good food, and a side of chaos. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Will I be back? Probably next weekend. Would I trust another 24-hour diner over Waffle House? Only if I suddenly lose my mind.

He was quick, fun, and made sure we never had an empty cup of coffee or soda. On top of that, he gave us pro tips to maximize our table space since there were three of us and a lot of plates! The food was better than my last visit. First time the waffles were dry. This time the waffles were lowkey lit! The pecan waffle was absolutely superb, and the blueberry one was delicious. There are a few other flavors to try. There are a few things on the menu but I went with the OG aka The All Star breakfast. I swapped out the grits for hashbrowns, got my eggs sunny side up, and the sausage was so good, I almost ordered another round. Full disclosure: I was hungover, so that might have made everything taste even better, but honestly, it was a solid meal! Parking was a breeze with plenty of spots, and the place can easily fit 20-30 cars. Plus, they're open 24 hours, which is always a win. The staff was in a great mood, too, and it really made the experience better. One minor downside: our table was a little cramped for three people with all the food. It's probably better suited for two, but the booths were comfy, and you can fit up to four people without issue.
