I am a Bojangles loyalist for a good chicken biscuit, so naturally when visiting Newnan, I had to make a trip here to scoop me up a chicken biscuit, some bo-rounds and a sweet tea! I hit the drive thru, so service was decent. I have had friendlier, but also had worse. We get breakfast here just about every Sunday and go thru drive thru. There is always something missing from the order, usually egg that was added to the biscuit or upgrade of rounds. This time I ordered online for pickup to make it quicker. It wasn't. Still had to wait on order, missing a bottled water and they charge .50 cent convenience fee for ordering online. No sense in ordering online and paying a fee if it's not going to be ready anyway and order wrong. Will not eat here again. Sometimes food is great, biscuits are good, then sometimes hard and crumbly and Bo Rounds half cooked and stuck together. Too inconsistent. read more

About a month ago, I left this location a review for a different issue. I decided to give them another chance, hoping things had improved, but unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing. I ordered two Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuits and one Steak Biscuit, but when I got home, I discovered they gave me a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit instead of the Steak Biscuit I paid for. To make matters worse, the biscuit was so hard and stale that it wasn't even edible. I had to throw it away. I still have my receipt, which clearly shows the correct order, so there was no misunderstanding about what I purchased. Since I didn't realize the mistake until I got home, I was inconvenienced and ended up paying for food that I couldn't eat. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, which is why I chose to give this location another opportunity. Unfortunately, receiving the wrong order and food that wasn't even fit to eat tells me the problems here are more than an isolated incident. Order accuracy and food quality are basic expectations at any restaurant. I genuinely wanted to have a better experience this time, but this visit only reinforced my previous concerns. The workers some of them there aren't very professional with job they do and they don't to much care about their customers. They talk alot about them and everything well the newnan one. My dad ordered a "a number 2 combo" and the ai i Interpreted it as two combo meals so then we have to pay double the price then secondly, the food was warm at most. read more

These are the best biscuits and even better with country ham. The berry biscuits are delicious too, especially when the are served with plenty icing. Bojangles is a hit and miss with customer service as well as their food. Sometimes they get your order right, and sometimes they don't. They run out of food or a particular item that you want. As far as taste, it's mediocre but their chicken Bo Chicken sandwich is signature. The Bo-Tato Rounds are good, if cooked fresh. Sides, choose Cajun Pintos or green beans. For a sweet tooth, choose the Bo- Berry Biscuit. Again, hit and miss! Customer service is lacking, make sure they cook everything fresh, or you'll be highly disappointed. read more

This was bad. We arrived around 8pm (I know it's late). One lady was working the front by herself while three men were in the back hanging out. They were out of almost every food item because the guys in the back weren't working. They seemed like us walking in was the worst thing that had ever happened to them. The poor lady working the front (who was awesome) had to go tell them to make food because none of them were paying attention. I hope none of the people who were there at the time were management. Because if so that means this place will never change. Pretty sad. UPDATE ONE: They are currently taking Mac and cheese out of someone large to go order to make ours. This location struggles with service!! I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or lack of training and teamwork. Today we waited 8-10 minutes for dining room food. Then They were out of sweet tea in the dining room during our entire meal. We had to get up wait in line to get refills behind the counter. Dawson is a new addition to this location, however he needs more training on the register. The last 2 visits including today he has miskeyed our order. One hungry morning after driving to 5 Walmart stores and 3 Goodwill locations looking for patio furniture and just random 'ish, I ended up stopping at this Bojangles because I saw a NOW OPEN sign and there was a line of people at the drive thru. So I stopped. It's the same as the rest of the Bojangles around. Staff was nice, Fries were warm. Chicken tenders were fresh and hot out of the grease, but were bland as hell. Tea must be decaf and needed more sugar. Biscuit was hot and tasty as always. My dog enjoyed the fries and two of the three chicken tenders. I enjoyed the biscuit. read more

If you want to catch COVID, this is the place to do it. Most of the kitchen staff had on no mask or was wearing it as a chin strap. Only one person out of 7 had it over their mouth, and then only while at the window. No point in wearing one at the window if you're going to breathe and talk all over my food while preparing it. This place used to be top notch. Now they can't seem to get orders right, and the last two times I've been there they don't have any white meat chicken cooked. Today, which is a Sunday at 12:00 noon they said it would be a 12 to 15 minute wait for white meat and they weren't that busy. Obviously poor management. read more

My husband and I went through the drive-thru today and ordered two of your Cajun chicken sandwiches and two french fries and two cokes.....total was over $14.00. My husband just happened to look in the bag before we pulled away and found that there was only one sandwich in it and something that looked like tater tots.......no french fries at all. He asked the girl at the window about it and told her what we had ordered and what we had paid and with a rolling of her eyes, she disappeared from the window. After waiting a bit, she returned with another bag with two french fries and another sandwich. Both sandwiches were cold! We are 78 and 79 years old respectively and this was one of the most disappointing meals we have had in many a year. We also were offered no apology. Of course, we will not be back to this place and might I suggest that you improve the freshness of your food and tell your people to never roll their eyes at anyone! We love Bojangles! Today we were caught in a storm and had to stay in the restaurant for awhile. They went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and not hungry. The Manager brought dessert out to my children. The food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. The bathroom was even clean & you don't get that at a lot of fast food places. This location opened back about 7-8 months ago. The first few months the food was on point. Moist buttery biscuits, fries that were fresh and perfectly seasoned with just the right mount of the Cajun seasoning they use. The Cajun chicken sandwich was delicious and always freshly cooked. The desserts were always fresh and yummy as well. Sweet tea..incredible if you like yours to be "very southern". This place was had a high turnover in their managers and food in recent months has not been the same at all. The past few visits my fries had no seasoning, the chicken was overcooked, and biscuits were hard. Sweet tea has been less sweet and more watery. Just visited this Bojangles this morning, been there many times. They always seem short of staff. This morning I went to the front register and no one was working it. Two ladies were working their tails off at the drive thu and no one else was available. One lady said , I can't work the drive thu and the front also, and if they expect me to, then I am leaving. My suggestion is hire more help and expect them to be at work on time. Chick fil a doesn't have this problem. I am only trying to make your business better. read more

Ordered the home style tenders 12 piece tailgate special only to discover Bojangles employees can not count and gave me only 10 tenders. A small fry, family size Mac and cheese and 4 biscuits. Well, a small fry isn't the right size for the tailgate special. Plus no receipt and no sauce. I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get our food and then it wasn't even hot. First time eating there... My order was wrong twice didn't even bother correcting them a third time. Fries were stale and the rice was mushy.
