The service is great, just as it always is at Chik-fil-a. It is actually refreshing for a fast food place considering the workers at most fast food places are just awful now. The food at this location is really good. One thing that seems to be common at Chik-fil-a is that the chicken seems to be small. This location had a large piece of chicken. My only real complaint about this location is the parking lot. This would be a five star location if not for the parking lot. It is nearly impossible to get in and out of the very few spots they have because of the way they have the drive thru setup. read more

This was a 2 in 1 (regular CFA + Dwarf House) and was one of the nicest CFAs I've been to. It was large, modern, and very clean. Staff was friendly and inviting (no surprise there) and there was ample seating. Sad Chick Fil A would go the price gouge food shrinkage route I thought they were better than that being a Christian business but no they hate Americans too. The chicken breast has shrunk ALOT barely touches the bun, and I guess their fry setting wasn't adjusted to the tiny tiny piece of chicken and it was burnt dry tough and inedible, cat wouldn't even eat it. Parking lot is a mess and cannot park in half of the spots and barely back out of some others. Lanes are too narrow going around the building. I will go around the building and work my way through their loops but a car will always cut in without going through their loops. read more

We lost our cable and internet at home due to the severe storms this week. I had some work projects I needed to complete so I went to the store to eat breakfast and take advantage of their free WiFi. I ordered a Chicken, Egg & Cheese Bagel; first one the Bagel was burnt beyond eating. I took it back to the counter and several of the young girls looked at me like I was crazy. They took it back and said they would replace it. I went back to my table to wait, after about 10 minutes I went back to the counter looking for my sandwich. They said they would bring it to me. What a disappointment, COVID is no longer a excuse for Poor service and quality. Ronnie, I know you run a better store than this, because I've been here several times before. I went there on my lunch break. I clocked out at 12:37 and I got back to work at 1:28. I sat in the drive through for roughly 20 minutes. When I pull around to the back where you pay one girl took my card. Walked up to the pay station, sets it down and walks away to grab another card. At this point I'm thinking the one girl had walked away with my card. Anyways fast forward 5 minutes; I get up to the window to get my food and they started trying handing me someone else's order. So I'm telling them it's not my food. I get my food and start driving away. I get a little ways down the road and realize they gave me something different then what I've asked for. So I have to go back to swap it out. I walk up to the counter and it takes them 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I'm standing there. It was so unorganized. read more

Every time I come here they screw up the order. most of the time for getting the kids food. I usually have to go through the drive-through because I have children and dogs with me. I asked her today if all the food was there and even went down the list and she said yes. And I said well why isn't there a kids meal in a separate bag? she said don't worry it's all there. So I drive off and I check. none of the kids meal was in the bag. so I called the store and they said I either have to walk in or go back through the drive-through. The drive-through is wrapped around the building three times. I said I cannot go in because I have two dogs and children in the car. she said I needed to go back through the drive-through. So I wait 20 minutes and go around the drive-through. Because I have no other choice. I have a toddler screaming for chicken nuggets in the back. I have two dogs trying to eat the food. The lady at the window didn't even bother to apologize. I didn't give her a hard time. They need to have a better check system in place. read more

Haven't been there in a few months, was surprised at how confused the person was that was taking my order. Didn't remember to scan my app, stated she would do it at the end and then forgot. She also forgot to ask about sauces. Then I get to the receipt person ask her for sauces and am told have to tell them at the window. Okay no problem, wait for the window. Give my name and then they are confused yet again as to what my order is. I found my recipe in my car and then they said oh wait, we found it. Here you go...she hands me my bags...starts to hand me my drinks that aren't correct, have to be fixed. Then the soda has drink on the side, ask for a napkin...she takes back turns around and wipes it with her shirt, REALLY? At this point I was just wanting to get out of there. "Would you repeat my order back to me?" Should be the first statement you make after you've finished your order. This Chick-fil-A is the closest to my house - over the last few months I've patronized it several times. Never - not once - have they achieved getting my order correct (dine in or drive thru). But that's all fine - because they're incredibly slow to, so you'll have that going for you as well. Last straw was getting some soup that was ice cold, part of my order missing and extra fries (which they took back and put in another order) - and I only ordered 2 items for that service! I'll now drive 15-20 for the next closest one. Gave 2 stars only because it is a Chick-fil-A and that's probably a "floor" rating for them. read more

They got my order wrong (of course) and I went in to the lobby area where you are supposed to wait during COVID and they did not come out to see what I needed even though they saw me. I put on my mask and walked in a few steps and asked if they could help me. They rudely told me to get out and ten minutes later someone finally came out and helped me. I stop by this Chick-fil-A frequently and I'm always come away happy. The drive-thru line here is usually wrapped around the building, but unlike most fast food restaurants, they move the cars thru very fast. The service is typical of Chick-Fil-A, extraordinary. They really do go out of the way to serve the customer, this operator does a great job hiring great employees. I've ordered several food trays for customers and they have always had them ready on time and ready to get in and out quickly. When eating in, they now have the new drink station out in the restaurant for quick refills. Great Service, clean seating areas, and a fast drive-thru - what more can you want? read more

We frequent this location because it's the closest Chick--fil-a to us and my boys love Chick-fil-A. This location is always so busy in the morning, lunch, after school and dinner time (pretty much all the time) with drive thru lines wrapped around the store (sometimes twice) but the service is always great and they try to get the food out to you quickly. read more

I'm giving 2 stars because at least the food we got was delicious but our order was completely wrong! Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. One deluxe with no lettuce and the other with Monterrey jack cheese. The deluxe came with no lettuce or tomato and the other was a plain chicken sandwich. Man, this place STAYS packed! I'm consistently impressed by how they make the lines in the drive thru run so smoothly; last time I went, they had iPads and were walking car to car taking orders! Great place near our house. For the uninitiated, at lunch the drive through gets really busy. The drive through rule has forever been this: If there are three or more vehicles in the drive through, just go inside. The CFA drive throughs in Newnan are hectic at lunch. The only thing that could possibly make this CFA perfect would be to have fried pies on the menu. read more
