I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and the chicken salad sandwich. Both were delicious! My husband ordered the chicken tortilla soup and the chicken bacon club. He said he enjoyed it immensely and will definitely get it again! My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because all of the tea was so weak. It's like come on guys, the cheapest thing on the menu and you can't make it correctly?! If I hadn't put lemon in my cup it would have tasted like water. I even poured out my first cup and went to a different dispenser. Still weak! All in all it was a great experience and the food was great. The interior was cute and very clean.

The interior has concrete floors and lots of windows, therefore the interior is extremely noisy and it is hard to hear the cashier, or for the cashier to hear the customer. For that reason, we got our food to go. They do have a sauce bar with lots of sauces, like BBQ, Korean BBQ, buttermilk ranch. Etc. Spouse had the Simple sandwich with a fried filet, he said it was good. He put some of the Korean BBQ sauce on it. I got the BacAvo Ranch, I did put some Korean BBQ sauce on it because I love Korean food. As one can see in the photos, the sandwich was massive. It had so much lettuce on it that I felt like I had a salad too. I am not going to complain about having lots of lettuce since I do need my greens. The fries are hand cut and okay, Probably would have been a little better if we had them right out of the fryer but since we got everything to go, they were not piping hot when we started eating them. There are other locations besides Newnan that we will try in the future. Oh, we downloaded the app and as a reward for signing up we got a free regular fry. They also have custard but we may try some next time.

There always seems to be an overflow of plates and utensils at the return stations. Overall, this location is fairly standard from a food and experience perspective. It is convenient when already in Ashley Park, but I would not go out of my way to swing by.

The biscuits & gravy with sausage links combo is good, banana bread is good, yogurt (sometimes by request) is good, and the bacon & cheddar hashbrowns are good. The weather has been extremely hot, and we each ordered a drink with our meals. Without us even asking, the employee included an extra cup of ice for each of us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made our day. We both ordered the 2-piece fish and fries with an order of fried shrimp. The attendant asked what condiments we wanted, and we requested tartar sauce and malt vinegar. Not only did she make sure we had plenty of tartar sauce and malt vinegar, but she also added ketchup and cocktail sauce without us having to ask. That kind of attention to detail is rare. Another thing that impressed us was that our bags included everything we needed--straws, plastic cutlery, and all of our condiments. Unfortunately, that's not always the case at the Captain D's we usually visit in Riverdale, where it's common for something to be missing. Best of all, our food was hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly on both visits. Sometimes it's the little things that leave the biggest impression. Friendly employees who pay attention to the details can turn an ordinary drive-thru visit into a great experience. This team definitely did that. As long as we're in the Newnan area, we'll keep coming back. If you're looking for a Captain D's with excellent customer service and consistently fresh, delicious food, I highly recommend this location!
