Some of the employees have an attitude with you when you place your order, and you can tell they don't want to be there. I was very pleased with Chicken Salad Chick. I've heard people raving about it, but just had the pleasure of enjoying myself. If you have a sweet tooth there is the fruity salads. If you have a savory craving, there are salads for that too. I picked the combo and got pimento cheese, one with pineapple and one with bacon. They were all great. I loved the pimento cheese. I have been here many times but lately they have been on a streak of not keeping the food fresh, my daughter got the macaroni and it was cold and brown...they were nice to take it back and swap it for something else but then that food was brown as well I have tried many times it's been the same. Sometimes the service isn't good either. I have been here two times now and both times I have nothing but good things to say. They have chicken salad to meet anyone's craving, the meals include a drink, buttercream frosted sugar cookie( tastes just like my grandmas ), and either a chicken salad sandwich or a scoop of chicken salad with crackers and a side for less than $10. I was able to try to grape salad which is taste like a yummy semi healthy dessert, the potato soup is full of flavor and yummy goodness. I tried both the Southwest chicken Salad( good but not my favorite lots a chicken and seasoning with little other ingredients), the Cranberry Salad was good but I was a little disappointed that it didn't have grapes. Not at all flakey like a croissant should be. Tasted like a cheap airport sandwich. Really dry $10 sandwich. I should have complained. Today was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised! The young lady that served us, Samantha, was very friendly and offered us samples so that we could make our choices easier. The food was delicious!!!! My husband got his scoop in a sandwich, and I got mine with just crackers as I wasn't real hungry, but needed to eat something. Their food is filling, yet not heavy, so you don't leave with a miserably full stomach. The restaurant was clean for the amount of customers there, just a few crumbs on the carpet. The tables, Windows, and counters were clean, and all the staff was pleasant and smiling.
