Springville Elacora - Mega-loft is split into two zones.

Two developers are building out the property - KB Homes and Elacora. Elacora has already completed two of four offerings of homes - Sol and Brisa. The Viva single family homes are going fast, as are the Aire townhouses. We've been by twice, in addition to checking out the floor plans and amenities online. One major plus is the proximity to Ponderosa Plaza, a short walk away. That shopping center has a Ralph's Fresh Faire, Starbucks, various restaurants, a bakery, and much more. We really liked that aspect of this neighborhood. A five-acre park is already complete in the middle of the complex, as well. A nearby apartment community - AMLI Spanish Hills fits right in with lush landscaping and a well-cared-for vibe. We initially were partial to one of the models in the Viva area, but upon a second visit, we liked the upstairs better than downstairs. Though they have a great room style, there's no place to put a dining room hutch, the way the windows and patio door are situated. I believe that model also was missing a built in microwave, and didn't have all that much spare counter space to place one. We went back to see the two story plan of the townhomes, but they'd sold it off. There are a few more left to be built, but you can't see one ahead of time. Most of the townhouses are three story affairs, which seems to be a major trend for maximizing square footage on the smallest amount of land. The townhouses have balconies, but no yards. The sales staff is very friendly and down to earth. No high pressure tactics - yay!

We are officially moved in--and I couldn't be more grateful!…read more Our experience with Lennar at Harvest at Limoneira has been smooth, supportive, and truly exciting from start to finish. As new homeowners in Santa Paula, we were looking for that small-town charm paired with modern living--and this community delivers on both. The home itself is beautifully designed with thoughtful finishes and smart features that make everyday life easier. But what really stands out is the community. From the views to the walking trails, the shared spaces, and the overall peaceful atmosphere--this is exactly the kind of environment we hoped to find. Thank you to the Lennar team for making the entire process seamless. We're excited to settle in and be part of this growing neighborhood. If you're considering a move to Santa Paula, this is absolutely worth a visit.

We took a short detour to check out the development. This is an ambitious, sprawling project. The eventual master plan will incorporate several different developers, fitting together into a community with parks, walkways, and even orchard access as part of the extended land area. We didn't get a chance to give the model homes full justice, as we had time constraints. What we did see was encouraging as to design elements, and scenic backdrops of the local hills. We will go back to view the rest of the model homes when we aren't in a rush.

Their pricing was comparable to others, but the ability to visit their in-progress projects gave me confidence. I'm very very particular, and while no remodel is perfect, Creative worked to bring my vision to life. My advice: plan everything in detail beforehand--or hire a designer. To save costs, I handled all the design myself while working full-time, which was highly stressful. Having everything mapped out helps avoid delays, last-minute changes, or compromising on your vision. Golan and Jordan were fantastic--Golan handled planning and communication, and Jordan ensured everything stayed on track. They always responded to my texts in a reasonable amount of time. Their tile crew was exceptional (I often bumped into them because they worked long hours and weekends to complete my home and were really nice and respectful people), and they tiled nearly my entire house beautifully (we're talking 2000 sq ft of flooring, 3 bathrooms, and a fireplace). I appreciated that Creative didn't nickel and dime me for small changes, and when a gas leak was discovered (due to careless cabinetry work), they fixed it--and more (we found more leaks during the repairs)--without extra charges. Despite delays beyond their control, they completed the full renovation in about six months--from pulling permits to final inspection. Major work included a new kitchen, three bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, interior paint, a new electrical panel, and whole-house LED recessed lighting. Even after the job was done, they returned to fix small issues without hesitation. That kind of follow-up is rare in a world full of disappearing contractors. I would recommend Creative for any remodeling project, big or small.

I never had to chase them down for an update; they were always one step ahead. The project was completed on time and at the estimated cost, which gave me so much peace of mind. It's rare to find a team that respects your time and your wallet as much as they do. 10/10 would hire them again for my next project! Thank you Eli, Oren, and Juan for everything. I don't miss the construction, but I do miss the chats with Eli... loved the positive energy and passion for the job.

Knowing we had to live in the house while the work was being done, Eli meticulously developed a plan to update our entire home in away that was as least disturbing to our family as possible. I never thought I could never afford…read morebuying here due to the high home prices and competitive real estate market until I learned about The Village at Los Carneros. My partner and I visited the sales center to learn more about the development and have worked with their welcoming team. We really hit it off with Lisa, a Senior sales associate, who was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions throughout the house-hunting process. They offer not only townhouses but also single-family houses varying in size (2-4 bedrooms with garage, 2-2.5 Baths, and 1,218-2,417 square feet). The site includes five distinctive neighborhoods which offers public parks, swimming pool, kids play area, recreation center and connecting bike/walking trains. For me, the location is prime being right off the Los Carneros exit on the 101 (10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara), near the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak train station, shopping areas (Camino Real Marketplace, Storke Plaza, and Calle Real Shopping Center), Old Towne Goleta, and nature parks (Lake Los Carneros Park, Goleta State Beach, and Santa Barbara Shores). The interiors of the homes are quite modern with plenty of options of upgrades and features. I also am pleased that they have the environment in mind with solar panels on the roofs, energy efficient lighting, and low flow showers and toilets. Nonetheless, if you are looking for a new home in the area, be sure to pass by the sales center and check out the various models at Los Carneros.
