I stopped by the Fancy Marshmallow today and was taken back from how sweet, cute and lovely the space was in this hustle and bustle in CP! They offer a cute assortment of soft sweets, marshmallow packages that are so fun to get for the holidays for gift giving, and the marshmallows we picked up today were so fun and tasty! I love the cute cups and trinkets and can't wait to return for the cookies and whatever else for tea time or a good latte in this fun vibe! Oh my GOSH! I've missed this fancy sweet treat so much. Due to my work schedule, I'm not always able to get here. But this week my work schedule shifted a little and so today I'm hitting all the spots I've been missing out on. The owner didn't disappoint. She's so lovely explaining her flavors. Engaging with up coming NEW flavors for the Fall season, and even some surprises for the Christmas season. I'm so excited for her. Walking in her store, is like a senses over load. You can smell the deliciousness. She made me the Honey Whipped Espresso. And I could smell it all the way on the other side of the counter. The Halloween decorations were beautiful to look at. I enjoyed the smallest of details. Very well put together. And beautifully displayed. Even the boxes they come in are fancy. It's so beautifully decorated inside. The black and white checked floors. The plush pink chairs with gold accents. And the high top tables. The pink walls and that darling neon sign on the wall that reads " Sweet You're Here" Such a pleasure speaking with the owner. Lovely lady. She's so passionate of her craft, and rightfully so. Had a wonderful conversation with her about the new products coming in, and I'm so happy to see a small business owner doing so well. I like supporting small businesses in my area and even outside of my area. The Fancy Marshmallow is worth the small road trip! read more

BEST EUROPEAN HOT CHOCOLATE ALERT!! I have been trying to hit up all the Austin spots that are known for hot chocolate and had about given up. I haven't found anywhere that ranked above average to me...what I want is a thick, dark drinking chocolate European-style that's almost too rich to drink. AND I HAVE FINALLY FOUND IT. They just started hot chocolate today for the season, so come while you can! The store is decorated so cutely for the holiday season and makes for a precious photo op too. This place is very cute! Definitely hit my sweet tooth. The s'mores chocolate chip cookie and latte were delicious. I didn't get to try the other s'mores cookie because my little one ate them up before I got to it. The only bummer is that there aren't individual marshmallows for sale. They come in box with a single flavor. They do offer samples and enjoyed all the ones I tried, especially the peanut butter and strawberry champagne ones. read more

Absolutely love everything about this place! It is so aesthetically pleasing, very beautifully decorated. I love that they even have pink napkins to stick to the theme! The deep dish cookie was delicious, so moist and warm! The chocolate came out nicely melted and blended in perfectly with the gooey marshmallow. I also liked their s'more's coffee. It would be nice to add more coffee drink options! The owner was so sweet, friendly, and attentive. She really took time to get to know us. Super cute place, very small. They have some marshmallow based treats and some fancy coffee type drinks. Unfortunately it looks like they no longer do the little hot chocolate drinks for kids that I had seen some people talk about elsewhere. However the cookie and marshmallow dessert we had was very sweet and amazing! Note: there are no customer bathrooms so if you bring littles, make sure they go before you get there. However I don't recommend bringing littles unless it's for a "mommy and daughter" tyoe date. My boys were too much for the small space so I threw sweets at them and got them out of there before they trashed the adorable decor. read more

This place is permanently closed down June 21, 2025. Maps didn't say it was closed so we made a long journey to find a sign in the door that says they have permanently closed due to high rent, etc. so sad. Real estate and inflation are out of control. read more

Wow WOw WOW!!!! What an amazing place. They are just open for the day. Everything was fresh. The cookies were still warm and Tina, the owner and operator was on site. I had a lovely visit with her!!!!! Ultimately , I think it's going to be a great location, should be good traffic flow-as it's right off of North Lakeline Boulevard, so it's in the booming metropolis of Cedar Park. I want to encourage anyone reading this to take note of her business hours and drop in. It feels so relaxing once you step in the door, everything is light and bright. There are some ice cream tables set up if you want to have a coffee or some goodies while you're there Beware there is some construction but it has cleared enough now that it's very readily accessible down by the Hatch school entrance. If you come in and out that way at this time, you'll have no problem whatsoever . It feels very upscale and Tina makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. Check out all the pictures. I may have gone a little overboard, but I really wanted you to see what a great little place this is!!!! By the way-this is the only property of its type in the state of Texas!!!! AMAZING. Tina said she does quite a bit of wholesale business but I'm hoping her foot traffic gets super busy too so she can expand . It's a very fun way to brighten your day. Just a reminder to check out her hours because being a newer property, she is closed Sundays and Mondays and opens at 11 Tuesday through Saturday . I shouldn't have come here. This place is so bad for me. I could have just gone and gotten a veggie smoothie to feel better about the choices I make! But it's too late. I kept seeing a big fluffy marshmallow smiling at me and saying, "C'Mon man! You know you want s'more." So there I went a second time, loaded up on a delectable marshmallow-infused chocolate chip cookies, another luscious S'mores Iced Coffee, and a tempting double chocolate cupcake in a cup and sat in my car alone enjoying the delicacy of the forbidden while wiping away my tears. I couldn't help myself. I know I need help, but The Fancy Marshmallow is such an inviting place with a heavenly ambiance that I forgot I was in Cedar Park and not at the Domain. Great place for gifts or even a treat on a special occasion. I got a smores bar after seeing it on tik tok and instagram and wow it was amazing but took days to finish it was so so rich. Samples are a great idea we ended up getting one of the sample flavors (champagne) and a little Halloween trick or treat box. Really cute for kids. The only really flaw I can say is the customer service. I've only been in the store twice and 2/2 for lack of customer service. I don't know if it's stress or the fast she really doesn't want to be there but it comes off as unwelcoming and sour. Smiling goes a long way and not once have I seen a smile on her. Overall great store and great product just hope she wants to be there as much as I do. read more

Beautiful small location with delicious variety of treats! I don't drink coffee so got the S'mores Iced Chocolate which was so good. I'm only giving three stars, but they're new, so I'll try again in a few weeks. The place and concept are adorable, but the product is just so-so. Limited boxed options, and that has to change. I think they offered lemon and passion fruit in the six piece box. No thanks. More CHOCOLATE if you please. Tried one of their cookies and it was ok, but just seemed like a chocolate chip cookie with a marshmallow baked on top. Not very special. Also got their pint offering in S'more flavor. Again, just so-so, like a pint of mallow fluff with a drizzle of chocolate... not much resemblance to s'mores flavor wise. They're new, so I'll try them again, but they need to up their flavor game by half. Like I said, the concept is cute as hell, and could be a winner if they can only make the taste match the presentation and packaging. Also, the woman who helped me seemed either stressed or in a sour mood. I get that some days aren't great, but when you're selling marshmallow confections FOR $9/pint, in a cheerful little store with cute pink decor, you should try to SMILE at your customer. I've been dying to check out The Fancy Marshmallow after seeing them on Instagram! I had an upcoming Christmas party in which I needed a white elephant gift and thought I could find the perfect gift while also checking it out for myself! Expectations initially, did not let me down! I got a great latte and a few gifts. I decided on the cloud cup for my white elephant gift. Although, when it was opened we discovered that the cloud base was broken! I was a little embarrassed but things happen and I assured my friend I would get her a new one! (We live in south Austin so it's a bit of a drive but worth it for how cute the cup is!) When I reached out to The Fancy Marshmallow, they apologized and told me to come in to exchange. HOWEVER, when I just went in to exchange I was scolded and told it definitely was not broken while in house... and I know I did not drop it at any time. No apology this time. I wanted to get a coffee after my 40 minute drive there but instead just left feeling extremely unwelcomed.... I had such a good initial experience here so just a note to management, I don't believe that was the best way to handle that situation by insinuating and speaking down to a customer. read more

So I just found this place on Sunday and I've been dying to try it because I love everything s'mores/marshmallows! I went there to try the cookies out and when I say the stuffed s'mores cookie is one of the best cookies I've ever had I'm not lying!! It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside absolutely delicious! I live 25 minutes from this place but I'll definitely say that cookie is worth the drive!
