We got our tickets scanned and were made to go to guest services as there was some sort of issue. Added time to our overall check in process which I didn't appreciate, as we were trying to get a good spot in GA pit. When we went to guest services they said there was nothing wrong and the person who scanned them should have sent us down to a different area. The arena is very nice and well maintained. They had several areas to choose from for food and drink. We didn't order anything but everything was well marked and easy to follow.

When you can get tickets onsite, it really helps you save fees which are crazy these days. When picking seats, it depends on what's important to you. If you just want to be there and hear it then any seats is ok. I personally just live to be there and hear the music or see the comedian. I'm also unwilling to spend a fortune to see performers and that's what concerts and comedians are becoming. They also have big screens so you can see what's going on. Overall - weather permitting, a nice place to bring a lawn chair, sit and listen to some tunes!

They serve some food too and even though it's limited to what you can get they will have something that caters to your palate. The vibe upstairs is just like any beer store but downstairs is my vibe because it's very hip. The employees are talkative and friendly. It's a great spot for all of your seasonal beers :P
