Post BBL or lipo pts : it is common to go faja crazy with finding the perfect one for you by shopping online. Sizing is different for all and your needs are also. I've heard many ppl waste money ordering too many bc as any undergarment : refunds or returns are mostly not options. Don't waste your money. Go to a shop that specializes in Fajas. There's hundreds of Fajas here. In all sizes and styles and brands. It seems all are authentic Columbian made brands. The best is your sales lady will pick the right one for you and teach you how to put it on. Trust me if you're new at this : it's not an easy feat. Putting on a faja is no joke. My sales lady was super nice and patient. And she didn't try sell me anything more than one. I will go back for my next stage faja but I see they do alterations so I'll just keep the one I have and have it altered when the times comes. They have regular shape wear and butt enhancing leggings also Prices were the same I'd see on websites so you're not getting ripped off. Support small businesses. Support women owned and minority owned shops bc Amazon is going to ruin them! read more

The Fajas Store - Outside this gem of a shop. - Lingerie Near Me - Elmhurst, New York

I usually get my fajas in Colombia since they are so much cheaper but now due to the pandemic Im not traveling. I was really in need of a new faja since this quarantine has not been great to my weight :) The store it's pretty tiny but everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. The fajas range anywhere from $30-200. Of course it all depends on what you are looking for. The great thing is that they allow you to try stuff on and figure out what's your best fit. read more

Super friendly and helpful service at The Fajas. My friend and I were looking to buy a lingerie for our friend's wedding that is coming. Even the store was busy at that time, we still get help. read more

Just went there this morning . The ladies were so amazing. From the moment you walk in they cater to you. They work quickly and get you exactly what you need. They helped me get into my faja with ease. I thought I was never getting into that small faja,,, but she made it happen. They are definitely not the cheapest, but the quality is good, and the service was fast and efficient. read more

I was at my wits end trying to buy a faja online. Making sure I was picking the right one, going through countless size charts etc. Then I decided to look for a local store and found this AMAZING place. The ladies are so kind, the faja selection is incredible and so is service. I highly recommend this store. I live all the way in the Bronx and traveled 1.5h just to get my fajas there. 'Nuff said! read more

I heard about this store from a customer while we were both getting our post opp surgery massage at Mimis Dolls Spa, so I thought I would check it out since all of my fajas were loose at the waist and needed to be altered. From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of by the owner and the manager. I walked in looking to only alter my fajas at the waist and walked out buying two fajas and two bras. Seriously recommend!!!! They have a wide selection of fajas depending on what you're looking for. I thought it would be hard for me to find a a faja because of my hips and butt but they had a faja for me! And they do speak English!!! Some lady had called the store and Linda had picked up the phone speaking English asking if she spoke English Seriously you guys won't be disappointed. First time there and I loved it read more

I don't remember exactly when I visited the store but I'm so happy with my new faja. I'm already to go buy 4 more but due to the circumstances I'll wait. I believe our sales rep name was Annie. She had an excellent attitude when I had silly questions. She explained the do's and don't to caring for the faja. I will be returning as because I want at least 2 more fajas read more

The Fajas Store - Behind Gives me amazing curves - Lingerie Near Me - Elmhurst, New York

Love this place. I went in a little while ago (December 2020) for my very first faja. The ladies were super attentive by helping me get into it. If you've ever had a proper faja you know how much work that is! The prices are reasonable and the quality is great. I'm going back soon to get the sides taken in. read more

Coming here was the best decision that I made! I purchased the best faja for my wedding dress. The sales person helped me tremendously. It is a small space but that's what makes the experience that much more interesting. I am so thankful that she talked me in to getting what I actually needed. Everyone's comments and my wedding photos say it all! read more

I came all the way from Coney Island to get shapewear for a wedding. The lady started off very attentive and started helping me try on a few items. However, the moment another customer came in she completely forgot about me and left to help them instead. I was left behind a curtain in a corner for a long time and the couple of times she rememebered I was there she made a face like she knew she forgot me. I ended up just getting dressed and leaving. Waste of time, train fare, and cell phone battery, and I'm left to figure out this wedding shapewear situation on my own. read more

They have the latest styles and best quality. Customer service was excellent. They actually took the initiative to measure me. I am definitely going back because different outfits may call for different styles of fajas!! read more

Super pricey but the products come straight from Columbia so the price is okay. The ladies in there were really nice and I love my waist trainer . Gives me curves I never new existed! read more

Pesimoo !!! I just went and the supremely rude saleswoman charging me 2 times the value of a girdle! It is the last straw I had gone to buy here before and it was not like that .... I think that woman is stealing from her OWNER, she did not even know the prices and she was very nervous when I confronted her! ... BE CAREFUL DO NOT BUY IN THIS PLACE !!! I had a wedding I needed to go to and wanted to wear a faja under my dress as my Vedette body shaper was ruined in the dryer. A coworker pick up one from me near her home in NJ but unfortunately it was too small so I needed to replace it quickly. There are stores near me but they didn't have the type of garment I wanted. I searched yelp and came across this store. I ran out to Queens after work and I'm glad I did. The store is small but there's plenty inventory. Customer service was amazing! Professional but not uptight - super funny and kind. If you are modest these things are not for you as you will need assistance putting them on for the first time. I was embarrassed at first because I couldn't get the garment on but I was told not to worry. The sales rep doesn't look nearly as strong as she is! Together we pulled, tugged and tucked until I got it on! I looked so good after! A couple of things you should know 1. always go to the store to buy a faja. Do not shop online especially if this is your first time buying. You will need help not only getting it on but showing you the proper way of putting on the garment. Also the rep will be able to tell you which style and brand is best for your body type. I thought I wanted one type of garment but in trying it on I realized that wasn't the best option for me. 2. The directions on Yelp are incorrect. You have to take the 7 train to 82nd street and walk from there. It's very close to the train station. This will be my go to store for fajas. There are cheaper stores closer to my home but they don't have the variety or customer service of this store. read more

Happy 2015! At first, I thought if I followed the measurement guide that I would be able to purchase my 1st Faja online. ...............NO BUENO! I returned them within days of receiving my shipment. I then drove from Brooklyn to Queens after reading the NY Times article mentioning this cozy store and all the rave reviews. Well , I can say without a doubt that owner and the employees were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! They made me feel comfortable and welcomed while assisting me every step of the way through my Faja journey. Customer service is KEY and they have mastered it! A bit pricey, but this 1st time experience was worth it! read more

Where do I start?!?! The service was PHENOMENAL! The sales girl was more than helpful! She made sure I tried more than one to find the right one for me. She made me more than comfortable and I definitely left happy! I will recommend EVERYONE! read more

This place is small and hard to maneuver around. It's hard to find what you are looking for because all the items are not very well organized. You must speak Spanish fluently in order to communicate with the staff. Sizes are not true to size and are rather skimpy in my opinion. Typically I am not a large but here I beg to differ. I did purchase a waist trainer but they didn't have what I was looking for in traditional fajas. Let me rephrase "they may of had what I was looking for but like I said due to the disorganization of the establishment and the language barrier I couldn't find it". It is understandable that the place would have individuals that speak Spanish but I think that they should have someone who knows English in a working capacity in order to communicate with customers who do not speak Spanish. read more

Annie was very helpful in choosing my faja and showing me how to properly fit into it. I recommend anyone who is looking for a faja. She is is very patient and know exactly what you want. Today was my second time at the store and first time meeting Annie. She is the best. read more

The best store for your faja and waist trainer needs, hands down. Annie is sweet and helpful (fully fluent in English, despite what the other reviews said). She spends the time to make sure you find what you need and will also help you put the faja on, which is a cardio workout for those that are not yet initiated to the process lol. She will even do small alterations to the faja free of charge. I am beyond impressed with the customer service here. Highly recommended! read more

Nothing short of outstanding! My daughter recommended we go as she knew I was looking for shapewear for my other daughters wedding. The associate was so kind, responsive and friendly...it is difficult to put into words what a great experience it was. I have never worn a faja before and she actually physically helped me into it teaching me how to get it on and make it work to my best advantage. I told her I was embarrassed but she just kept pulling, tucking and tugging and teaching me all the way. My embarrassment melted away. She was like a doctor, made me feel so comfortable. Nothing short of amazing. The place is VERY small, but that was not an issue, you just tell them what your need is and they pull what will work best. She also measured me for new bras, and my daughter also got an undergarment for her strapless gown. This place is life changing!!!! I can not recommend highly enough. Easy subway ride from Manhattan into Queens, short walk to store. (I do not speak Spanish...cont believe someone commented they don't speak English. That is a garbage remark). The associate who helped me was terrific! read more

Great experience Anna was knowledgeable and friendly. Not sure which of the Annas apparently their are 3. But she does English. I got my Faja altered there to. The Fajas are definitely different than online. Great quality read more

The customer service is excellent. I met with Vanessa and Vanessa( yes, two Vanessa's), and they provided some helpful tips, guided me in my purchase and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend checking them out if you are interested in purchasing a faja. They will recommend the best one suited for your body type and your needs. They have several different types of faja's with varying materials, waist trainers and other under garments. read more

Annie (Ana) was great! I was literally in and out in 15 mins! Took me longer to get dressed than put the faja on and pay. They do speak English ( I speak Spanish and English), so when I walked in I wanted to see if they did speak English and they do! People say they are expensive, but if you want good quality, it is going to cost and it is not cheap material like you will find at a department store. At the department store you spend between 60-80$ for a body suit that doesn't even work. Let me tell you... it helps me with my posture and I feel smaller. I am not a small woman either, I wear a size 14 (U.S.), and curvy! But expect to pay $100 and up for the full body shaper. It is a small store, but do not let this deter you, as most stores in queens will be small. They have a variety and if you have an idea of what you are looking for, they can definitely help you! Parking is a pain, so be prepared to pay for meter parking! read more
