For that appointment I showed early at presumably building A and gave them all my information. I was then redirected to building B where I had to again give them all of my information and have my picture taken. I then waited for over one hour in the building B lobby and was never called back. At that point I gave up and walked back to building A to talk with the office manager. The office manager wait added another ten or so minutes. Finally I was able to politely talk to the office manager. She mentioned that the previous office manager left last year. More importantly she said that they have had to reduce appointments by one half due to starting a new computer system from scratch. Dr. Langley proved to be a skilled surgeon for my cataracts. His office computer system, currently, is not ready for prime time. My only regret was I made a wrong choice by letting him to inject the recovery medicine into the first eye which caused a black wavy curtain to appear in that eye for some time.
