They've been taking care of my son for keratoconus. I've been thoroughly impressed by their thorough exams and concern.

i'm seeing dr kelli dyer for cataract surgeries. before my first surgery i told her office i'm…read moreallergic to versed and it causes adverse reactions. hearing this i was reassured we would figure it out. the procedure itself was uncomfortable. i was given versed, restrained by my arms, and told if i fidgeted i could lose my eye. after this i took concerns to office management. the official response to this is restraints are illegal and it didn't happen. that meds can cause some patients to experience memory fog. i got gaslit! the manager has helped much. first, she got the worst offending doctor barred from my second procedure. and i switched to general anesthesia. the entire staff takes turns laughing about how rude doctor x was being so funny, as they laugh. i got sexualized while being fitted for the intubation mask. my documented concerns about meds gets ridiculed and someone says if i have bad reactions i just need a better immune system. i'm not a jerk. i've been smiles and good feedback my side of the patient/doc contract. don't go here because no matter how well you self advocate the extremes like me are happening and in dr dyers case she blames the victim. the full transcript has more unprofessional conduct both relating to me and just staff goofing off at work. word limits are hard. (21:42) That's it. (21:43) Anyway. (21:44) I know you're, like... (21:46) I'm going to be a little bit shy. (21:48) Yeah. (21:50) You're not even that sexy, man. (21:51) You don't have to... (21:53) That's it. (21:53) You like that. this is the commentary for me while being fitted with an intubation mask (LMA)he asked if i liked that?~!! just add 30 minutes to these stamps. sorry about that. it's a limitation with ai transcriptions (14:18) Well, that was a much better experience (14:20) for everybody involved. (14:22) For everybody involved! (14:29) Oh, my gosh. (14:32) Just, like, the whole time. (14:34) This isn't working. (14:35) This isn't working. (14:36) This is shocking. (14:38) Well, it's because she doesn't want it. (14:41) Yeah, I would imagine. (14:42) That's probably why you didn't really... (14:45) Well, I mean, I wouldn't call it set up that it wasn't. (14:47) Like, even the first time I saw him in the office, (14:49) he was like, (14:50) Rich, that doesn't work for me. (14:51) And I was like, (14:52) okay. (14:54) Alright, we'll figure this out. (15:00) Yep. (15:01) So, he'll just have to get a recovery system. ^instead of finding the right meds for me (15:03) Yeah. (15:05) Usually, he takes back the irons when they're not... (15:07) Usually, yeah. (15:08) Yeah. (15:09) When they're not in shock. (15:15) Unless you have a patch. (15:26) Yeah, I gave him, like... (15:28) I had to give him a bunch of propofol (15:30) before he might even go off to sleep. (15:33) I was like, (15:35) holy moly. (15:37) We gave him, like, a good dose. (15:38) What I thought was a good dose. (15:39) And his eyes were still, like... (15:41) He was still, like, fighting it. (15:45) Yeah. (15:46) You could imagine (15:47) all of a sudden, (15:48) all of a sudden, (15:49) all of a sudden... (15:49) Yeah, you'd have to give him, like, (15:51) probably a triple the dose, (15:52) which they did not last time. (15:54) So... (15:54) No! (15:55) And... (15:56) Well, I'm telling you, (15:56) they have to, because... (15:59) I know. (16:01) He was never tuned. (16:03) Oh, I'm telling you, you're right. (16:04) You're getting what you're getting. (16:06) That's exactly right. (16:07) He was just so funny. ^they love the anesthesiologist i'd gotten banned from my procedure (16:09) What did he say? (16:09) He was just... (16:10) I mean, he was rolling his eyes, (16:12) and I honestly don't even remember (16:14) those triple doses. (16:17) Yeah. (16:17) That was so funny. (16:18) I can imagine that. (16:21) He's like, (16:21) I didn't go through (16:22) half the time after this (16:26) to get... (16:27) Is he... (16:28) Is he... (16:29) We've got a load on track, (16:31) and they work, like, you know... (16:32) Yeah. (16:33) 30 hours or whatever. (16:34) All right. (16:35) Let's turn back around. (16:36) Oh, no. (16:37) Or no, just stay like this? (16:38) You can just take him. (16:40) Oh, right. (16:40) He's fine. (16:42) Yeah, yeah. (16:44) You can call out.
