I've got 4 kids, ages 3-14 and the docs and staff are always patient and thorough. Reception staff is quick and friendly. The optical team is amazing and have helped me navigate benefits when my kids have lost or broken glasses. On our last visit, she thought outside of the box and gave us an option (and hope!) that no one else has ever mentioned. Since my daughter's vision is "bad" and her contact prescription strength is maxed out (specialty contacts), she can add glasses to the mix to offset the need for stronger vision. What this means is instead of her "coke bottle" lenses, they would be much thinner and normal looking since she would use them in conjunction with her contacts. To me....GENUIS!!! This opened up a whole new lever of eyeglass choices for my teen girl since she is limited with having thicker/heavier lenses. I saw Dr. Varner and he was able to assess my eye situation and take steps to resolve it. I was out the door before my lunch break was over and had prescription drops at the local pharmacy. They have state of the art equipment (the digital photographs of our eyes are incredible!) and a large selection of eyeglass frames and contacts. I tell all my friends and family about Brookfield Vision. One of our family members had an eye emergency that could have led to a complete loss of vision.
