Hands down the best escape rooms out there! We were only in Pigeon Forge 3 days and did two of the rooms, they were flawless. First, before the room even begins, the staff is brilliant with their customer service, genuine enthusiasm and easy laughter. Then we get to the rooms! They are perfectly laid out for maximum comfort of small and large groups, the puzzles aren't easy but also aren't impossible and the themes are mastered. Hints, nudges, suggestions and directions, all freely given with the push of a button. The game master is in tune with you and your direction throughout the game, offering gentle hints or big hints if you need them. We found the gold in Gold Rush (escaped) and set time straight (escaped) in Timeliner. We would have loved to do a few others but had to hit the road. We'll be back for sure and will seek other Escape Game locations along the way! read more

This place is a nice break from the island craziness. It's nice and cool number one LOL, and number two it's a lot of fun. There are a lot of rooms to choose from, lots of level of difficulty. We did a number seven, with two newbies and one seasoned escaper. The newbies felt it was up to standard for a seven though the seasoned escaper but it should have been maybe one more. Another weekend in Cherokee and our excursion for this trip was down to Pigeon Forge for an attempt at an escape room. Two of us had never been, one had. I find the concept very clever and knew I would have a good time no matter what the results ended up. We chose the Heist as our room. It was based on retrieving a stolen piece of art and was rated 8/10 in difficulty. We figured out a lot on our own, but being able to get the clues from the employee working there was super helpful. We definitely over thought a few things but in the end the escape room won and we did not get out in our hour time frame!! This is something I'd definitely be willing to take on again!!! read more

This was probably the most family-friendly fun I've had in a long time. My friends and I joined a couple and their grandson in the new Cosmic Crisis room. It tested our creativity, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills all in good fun. I tend to be pretty competitive and enthusiastic when it comes to games, so I was determined to get out. Thankfully, the hints provided throughout were helpful, but not too much. We had more than enough time to solve the puzzles and make the escape. I recommend this activity for friends, double dates, team bonding activities, or even a solo activity (as long as you book a room that has other people already participating in your time slot). The production, effects, and design of the room are really detailed and really puts you "there" in the scenario. The hour spent in the room went by fast and there was plenty for each person to work on and contribute to the game. Fantastic experience overall! read more

We did "depths" I think this was by far my favorite escape game. The staff were so friendly. The gentleman that checked us in stayed busy and answered everyone's questions when they came in. We were there on 6/12/25 at 3:15. The young lady that walked us to the room stayed in character and Craig walked us out. All of the staff were very nice and super helpful. We did escape with 2 seconds left however we did receive 5 hints, my brain was hurting by the end. The 1 st room we did Great, 20 minutes with no hints. The 2nd room we struggled and used 4 hints, the last room we used 1 hint. It was just 3 of us but we all had a great time. read more

Courtney and Justin were awesome Game Masters! We did Classified because we've never seen it before at other locations. TEG is always great with a set design and story. I love all of their themes because they are very immersive. We got out with 20 minutes left and they let us take great photos with props. They mentioned a photo contest and we were very committed! Since we have done every room before, we took photos in multiple rooms and really committed to the atmosphere. We had the best time because of their hospitality and experience. They really are great experience hosts and love what they do. They even made us custom stickers for our escape room passports! They went above and beyond for us and that is what TEG is all about. Went there with my friends and had a blast, we did the classified and actually beat it with two minutes to spare and only two clues. After that we did prison break the following day and had out butts kicked. Staff are very nice and it was a clean place. Only negative is that walls are a bit too thin and you can easily hear into the other rooms. If you want to try an escape room for the first time then do it, totally worth it. It had numerous stages in different rooms. Our host helped guide us when we got off track. It wasn't overly difficult. It was just about right on the difficulty. read more

Extremely fun experience for us, we originally booked four tickets and someone canceled and we only had three people, but Teresa at the front desk gave us refunds for those tickets. She was very helpful and friendly, we were going to buy two shirts and they didn't have our sizes in the front, so she went and looked everywhere for more and couldn't find any, so we got a different style. As we were leaving she ran for us and said she found the size we wanted in the shirt we wanted and let us swap! We played three games in one day, Prison Break, Mission Mars, and Classified, and they were all very fun and our game masters were also very nice and fun. I believe their names were Zoey and John. Me and my wife went today and everyone was super friendly. We played and beat Gold Rush & Classified, both were extremely intuitive especially Gold Rush with all of its different things to go through. One thing to mention, my wife is 8 months pregnant and has some low iron issues as a result. The person running our game, Anna, came over the intercom and asked what was wrong and was super helpful recommending some methods to help once we left. Anna also made us a congratulations card themselves that was signed by Anna, Zac, Kryztoff, Christian, Tres, and Hailey. Also, a huge shout out to Zac as well for being super awesome to interact with and providing great service as well as Anna & Hailey, the ones who ran our games. We will definitely be frequenting this location and coming back to complete the other puzzles with friends. Absolutely must visit location, 100,000/10 would DEFINITELY recommend! Miranda was a wonderful host/puzzle-helper, and the whole team took great care to make sure our time was fun from start to finish. This place is great! The rooms are all very fun and really work the mind. The employees are all AMAZING. Super kind and helpful in every way possible. Myself and two others I was with got stuck in a room with 4 screaming 9 year olds and their mother, which went about as you would imagine it. As soon as we finished, an employee pulled us aside and said they saw everything that was going on inside the room and apologized for our experience with the screaming kids, and then offered us a free room to do to make up for what happened. We were beyond grateful! We did 4 of the rooms in total on our stay in pigeon forge. 12/10 recommend coming here! We had a blast!!! read more

My family & I did this on our spring break trip. We've never done an escape room before, so this was entirely new to us. We booked online the morning of and chose "The Heist". When we got there and checked in, we learned we'd be with another party of 3. We knew that this was a possibility. The party of 3 was also new to escape rooms, so at least we didn't have the pressure of being with a group that would be more experienced and feel we were a burden. On a recent vacation in Pigeon Forge with my boyfriend and his family, we decided on a whim to venture out and do something super wacky and fun -- what better than an escape room?! I love the escape room concept, always have a bunch of fun, and thought it would be a great way to pass the time in an otherwise quiet town. This was my third escape room and it BY FAR surpassed all my expectations! My boyfriend, his sister, her husband, and I signed up online a few hours in advance for Gold Rush. The room is made for 2-6 players so we were a couple of people short of the max and unfortunately did not escape, but it is the most complex, AWESOME, AMAZING escape room I have tried (I've done a couple more since this one). Sadly, after going this room and all the cool twists and turns and slides, I am slightly disappointed when I am just in one boring little room for an hour now. My husband and I did the Classified room and loved it! I previously did the Gold Rush room and really enjoyed it as well. The room was listed as one of the easiest but was still pretty difficult. It was just my husband and I, and I would recommend going with a bigger group if possible. We were able to escape in time but had to use quite a few hints towards the end! Amazing, knowledgeable and friendly staff ALWAYS! The games are set up to be very realistic, down to the smallest of details! So much fun and a great deal of critical thinking is required! Addicting!!! The merchandise they sell is great, solid and long lasting: I have a sweatshirt, three t-shirts and a water bottle. I would suggest purchasing a shirt! I've been coming to this establishment three summers running and have escaped all the rooms, no repeats (that's cheating!). I would suggest 6th grade and older as young kids may slow down the group and the Breakout room has some flickering lights, noises, and a "dead body" that could frighten really young kids. In my opinion, the order from most difficult room to least difficult is as follows: Mars, Breakout, Classified, Gold Rush, Heist. My favorite rooms would be Heist and Classified.
