The food here is delicious. My hubby and I went about a year ago and ate at the outside tables. However this year I did a grab and go. I will say the staff are not overly friendly but I guess some people just aren't that talkative. If your lucky there will be some cool talkative people wait for their food and you can chat with them. I did the chorizo burrito this time and it's definitely a two meal burrito or a two person burrito. But it is delicious!! My daughter had the breakfast sandwich her way which meant she took everything off but the meat egg and cheese. lol. So know that you can customize your order. She lived it and devoured the whole thing!! I think she's growing. LOL. There are yogurt parfait and smoothies options too so there is something for every eater. Just beware there is only outside seating or you need to grab it and go. I'm rating a 3 not for food quality just for customer service. Even if they are not talkers it would be nice to be greeted when we walk up to the window. Enjoy!!

We had a filling breakfast at this outdoor-seating only stand. It was expensive, although it was better priced than the casino restaurants. We got the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich as well as the egg griddle. I really enjoyed the classic breakfast sandwich, while the egg griddle was interesting as it was like a pancake breakfast sandwich. I normally like a sweet and savoury combination, but this one was just okay. It ended up being around $35 for two.

Delicious place to grab breakfast or lunch on a budget. Their McGriddle was a star meal and definitely a must get if you go here.

If you want a good breakfast sandwich, wrap or burrito. The Egg Shop is the place. Located across the street from Mandalay Bay and an easy walk. We ordered the crispy bacon & sausage wrap which were large enough for my wife and I to share. Very good and will be back to try other items for breakfast. Will be back.

We came here because we were craving a good egg sandwich, so we decided to try the Egg griddle. It was $15, and it basically came as a pancake, eggs, and bacon in a sandwich. The problem was the pancake, it was really salty instead of sweet, which made the whole thing taste kind of meh. For the price, and time it took for "fresh food" it just wasn't worth it. Overall, two stars. Not the best experience.

Under $25 people need to stop complaining About the pride this is really delicious and I'm from LA

A random stop the proved yummy. We enjoyed our sandwiches that were made to order, and the seasoned crinkle cut fries. They were delivered out of the food truck in the same parking lot as the stand where we ordered We sat under the awning to keep out of the sun, in the outdoor dining area. An ATV-outing met in the parking lot, which gave more entertainment.

Tried this place when we were walking back from the Las Vegas sign one morning, and figured it had good reviews and we should give it a whirl. We ordered the Nutella chocolate chip pancakes and the pancake sandwich (can't recall the name exactly), as well as a chorizo burrito. Everything was well portioned and extremely tasty. The pancakes are very thick and filling. Service was excellent. The team was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a generous and reasonably priced breakfast on the south strip.

The Egg Shop 3961 Las Vegas Blvd S., Las Vegas, NV 89119 5 Stars For my second venture into Las Vegas eats, I stopped by what I am sure is a local favorite, The Egg Shop on the Strip. Located across from the Mandalay Bay Hotel Casino, one will find this gem of a dive. Alan is the owner and he mans the counter professionally and engagingly, answering all questions (and I ask a lot) with a smile on his face and in his voice. After my second culinary journey in the restaurant jungle of Las Vegas, I am absolutely convinced that Brevard County, FL, has pitiful food. It's a race to the bottom on the Space Coast, because if a hole-in-the-wall joint such as this can execute high-quality chow like this, the Big Boy's future is bright. I asked Alan for a Steak and Egg sandwich, one order of his Flour Tower (a short stack of Johnny cakes), and a Strawberry Lemonade Cheesecake. As my meal was being prepared, I relaxed and took in the sights of The Strip. Las Vegas is the best place to people-watch this side of the Mississippi. You can tell the locals from the tourists from the hucksters with a glance. Being daytime, the place wasn't busy, and my order was up in a flash. After the requisite pictures, I enthusiastically got to work because look at those pictures! First up on the discerning Big Boy's palate was the Steak and Egg sandwich. This was gigantic, cooked to perfection and the chimichurri mayo gave it a unique, exotic and excellent flavor. Wow. It was all I could do to move on to the next item. Before I get into how they tasted, take a second and look at that picture of Alan's Flour Tower again. Have you ever seen such a perfect representation of a pancake? I would wager you haven't, and as I am in Las Vegas, I am sure we can find an odds maker for that! Now, back to the task at hand. If a picture is worth 1000 words, you can surmise how delightful those pancakes were. WTF? I would expect pancakes of this caliber in a 5-star hotel on the French Riviera, not in a diner on the Las Vegas Strip. Alan is undoubtedly a man who takes great pride in his offerings to the public and has a genuine love of serving the public. Outstanding, my man! Just when I thought I hit the jackpot, I placed a forkful of the Strawberry Lemonade Cheesecake in my aptly named pie-hole. O. M. G. This would be illegal in Brevard; it's that good. Words do not do it justice. It was sublime in flavor, perfect in texture and downright divine on the palate. The Big Boy says, "Visiting or residing, this is a MUST for all."

the egg shop is a small shop all about eggs me and the boys had Egg Shop before our Wrestlemania weekend, and it was a warm, beautiful day for a nice breakfast. i ordered their 'eggs over the BLVD', a breakfast sandwich. it was delicious, served with an aioli, paired with a warm cappuccino coffee

Delicious & homemade! We had the yogurt parfait & the chorizo burrito. Both were fantastic & the salsa is house made.

For all intents and purposes this is a food truck, plus a small kitchen added on the side, very odd looking yet screaming goodness! All seating is outside, so pick a spot. There was an order of the blueberry pancakes, 2 orders of a breakfast egg & bacon sandwich with pickles onions & tomatoes, & an order of chicken Caesar wrap. Every bit was gone! No complaints. Heads up the food is made fresh, so be prepared to wait a moment to get your tasty items. You walk up, place your order, wait for them to call you either to their food truck or to the kitchen window. Doesn't look like much, but it's well worth the hunt to find & try out.

Everything we got was so delicious. We finished it all! Everything was cooked fresh and tasted amazing! Even though it was fresh, it still came out pretty quick! Cute little area outside to enjoy your food!

Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.

But when I tell you...that tea was everything! It had a smooth, lightly sweet apple flavor--no bitterness like typical black tea. The staff is kind, and your food is brought right to your seat, which is a very nice touch. Note: they do use latex gloves, so keep that in mind if you have allergies. I also enjoyed looking at the décor and the display of pastries, drinks, and items available for purchase to take home. Overall, it was a very nice experience. I wish I'd bought four my last day in Vegas because Dad accidentally ate the one for Mom instead of his apple pastry ... and he said there wasn't any filling. Yes, there wasn't supposed to be filling in the crispy, flaky, cinnamon sugar dusted DKA! I first had Cronuts at Paris Baguette so I knew what I was about to experience back at the Grove in 2019. I ordered one here in Vegas and this month's flavor was coconut creme. Very light in flavor, same heaviness I've gotten used to from croissant donuts. They were also offering milk chocolate flavor this month that I wasn't aware of when ordering. I wanted to try the madeleines after gifting a friend the new IOTA hand cream made in partnership with DA himself. I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat! She had it twice and probably should've bought more. It's pricey at $10 but worth the splurge. DKAs also run at $10 each. Get a nice four piece box as a gift for about $41. Oh! I forgot I bought three canelés. Ended up eating two of them. Opt for the bag instead of the box to save money. Custardy center with a chewy exterior, tastes a bit like slightly burnt brown sugar, in the best way possible. Finally tried the infamous chocolate chip cookie shot with steamed Madagascar vanilla milk! The cookie is warmed in their oven for ultimate melty chocolate-ness. I'm glad I shared this. Maybe I'll try the torched marshmallow ice cream bar one day. Staff is super sweet and friendly. Line goes by quickly. They have a few tables to sit at for a quick snack or breakfast.

We ordered two mango mochi and the mochi beignets. The mango mochi was honestly underwhelming. It's essentially a regular piece of mango -- the kind you could easily find at Costco or a grocery store -- wrapped in mochi. For $8 a piece, it didn't feel worth the price, especially considering all the hype online. I think it would have felt more special if they used higher-quality or imported mangoes. The mochi beignets were better and definitely enjoyable, but they still didn't stand out enough for me to fully understand the craze. One thing I did appreciate was the staff. Even though the café was extremely busy, everyone was still friendly and working hard to keep things moving. The ambiance is nice enough for a quick stop, though nothing particularly memorable. Parking can also be difficult during peak hours, so plan accordingly.
