The lobby was so organized and had comfortable couches. Sydney, who checked us in, was extremely professional, informative, and friendly. She took the time to ask us all the proper questions to make sure we picked the best drips/shots. Sydney mentioned how her personal journey with shots/ drips helped her loose over 50 lbs and feels the best she has ever had! It meant so much to hear someone personal experience. Sergio introduced himself and brought us to the room to do all the injections. The room was extremely clean. Here is the person we will be talking about. https://coreivtherapy.com/about-us/meet-the-team/ During our consultation, she offered a discount as incentive, if I paid for all of these treatments right then, which I decided to do. Ginger acted polite and cordial throughout the consultation (because she wanted my money). As it turns out, I would be in for a big surprise (more on that later). I made the following 5 appointments: 1. Cleanse & Detox 2. MAH Ozone 3. EBOO and NAD+ Package 4. EBOO and NAD+ Package 5. EBOO and NAD+ Package The facility is very clean and neat. For the first appointment, Patricia did the infusions. Sergio did the infusions for the second appointment. Patricia and Sergio were very polite and professional so no complaints there. During the consultation I was told that I would feel better overall after the first two appointments. After the first two appointments I didn't feel different at all. Since the last 3 appointments were by far the most expensive, I figured I should just cancel those appointments. I called and cancelled those last three appointments 12 days before the third overall appointment. The receptionist wanted me to speak with Ginger, but I didn't want to speak with her because I know she's going to try to convince me to keep those appointments. I just wanted a refund and that's it. Since cancelling the appointment, I called and left a voicemail with their AI answering system so I could give them my credit card information. I did not receive a call back. I sent a total of three emails to Ginger through their website requesting a refund and mentioning that nobody had called me back. Ginger never replied to any of these emails. I also replied to one of their text messages stating that I emailed Ginger about requesting a refund and that nobody called me back. I never received a reply back to this text message. So, I had no choice but to take her to a small claims court (Fairfax County General District Court). I did not want to go through all of this trouble but I had no choice. I gave her plenty of time to reply to my inquiries and she made a choice not to do so. At the hearing, Ginger put on quite a show. She knew she didn't have a case so she had to pretend like she did. I listened to her make claims to the judge that were simply not true. For example, she claimed that the receptionist called me back. This is not true. This is called perjury. Ginger also claimed that she reached out to me saying she would give me a refund. This was not true either. This is yet another count of perjury. If she had reach out to me, this issue might have been resolved then I wouldn't have gone through all the trouble of taking her to court. Makes sense right? She also claimed that she has been out of the office and that she hasn't recovered yet. Recovered from what? So, she has been out of the office for a month? That's why she didn't reply to me? That's very hard to believe. She complained about having to take time off of work. Well, that can happen if you choose to withhold money that should rightfully be returned to one of your own customers. During all of these false allegations, Ginger looked at me with utter disdain. Everybody in the courtroom could see her for what she really is. She also claimed that she had signs saying "no refunds." So, if one of your own customers changes their mind and decides to cancel their appointments, you have no intention of giving them a refund like you should? What makes you think that this is ok? How could you feel good about keeping money for services that were never rendered if the customer decides to cancel their appointments? This is a major ethical matter and I think it says a lot about Ginger. Here is something that everybody should know. The judge said that posting signs saying "no refund" is not legally binding and that the refund policy must be in writing and signed by both parties. Since there was not a contract that was signed, the judge ruled in my favor. I did not get the entire amount that I was seeking which was over $3,000 because Ginger said that the discount I was given only applies if all treatments were done, so the judge subtracted the discounts I received for the first two appointments from the amount that I was seeking for the last three appointments. In the end, I ended up getting over $2,800 back. I had to call my credit card company and file a chargeback and I offered the court judgement as proof to back up my claim. In the end I was able to recover a good amount of the last three appointments plus $64 in court fees/costs. In fact, here is a copy of the judgement right here: If she hadn't been so greedy, all of this trouble could have been avoided.

While I might be on the younger side (34, runner) I was struggling with long term sciatic symptoms as well as lower back and hamstring pain. When my injury self-management was no longer working I was referred to Loudoun PT. I can genuinely say the people that I worked with cared about me as both a patient and person. Matt Smith and Chelsea Lucas listened to my concerns and created an exercise progression that helped me improve. I went from being borderline unable to work because of back pain, to running twice a week in the space of twelve weeks. It's incredible what compassionate and knowledgable physical therapists and a committed patient can accomplish when they work together. While my full recovery will necessitate more independent work, I feel like Matt and Chelsea have set me up to meet my health and lifestyle goals with a home program. I do believe that PT can work for most people if they are willing to commit to it. It is a far better option than surgery or simply accepting chronic pain. I know that the good people at Loudoun PT will be there for me if I experience any major setbacks. Getting to see their staff work with other patients was often very heartwarming. They return calls and emails in a timely fashion, even sometimes on holidays and on weekends when I didn't expect to hear back until the work week. They have worked hard to get my perimenopausal symptoms under control. In regards to the reviewer who didn't understand the pricing, well that's really confusing to me because pricing has always been explained clearly and reasonably and I feel she possibly just made assumptions and didn't ask the clarifying questions she obviously had. The lab cost can be covered by insurance if the person chose to go to and outside lab and not have them drawn in the office. That's what I do. The $125 consult fee is a one time thing and never paid again. It's valuable as that 1 hour consult was the most thorough explanation of my labs and evaluation of my symptoms I've ever had. The $299 for topicals or the $499 for pellets is the program fee for that particular service. It covers all of the time and care that goes into having you as a patient in that program...the subsequent lab reviews, the phone calls and emails when you have questions, the faxing things to the pharmacy, etc. And pellets are included in the fee and it's only $499 the first time and then it drops to $399 every time after that. I've been treated by them in various modalities over the past 5 years so I feel like I'm sort of an expert in their plans/pricing. lol So after the initial set up for everything, I pay $399 every 3-4 months for pellets or $299 plus the cost of meds for topical/sublingual. (I've done both. I prefer pellets because I can't remember to apply my topicals on schedule) Meds are based on the pharmacy so you can always ask to have them called into a different compounding pharmacy if you know of a cheaper one. When you go to a regular doctor, you pay an office visit fee every time, and then you pay for your medication at the pharmacy. The only difference is, your insurance isn't covering it so you feel the cost of the office visit fee. Anyway, I hate to see their rating drop and someone make an opinion on that based on the review of someone who was obviously confused and then didn't ask enough questions to get the clarity she needed. Hormone management is pricey when you choose bio-identicals...but IMHO they are safer, more natural, and it would be 10 x more expensive if I continued to let my periomenopausal rage and lack of libido cause me and my husband to divorce. lol Can't recommend Loop enough. After temporary therapy, I was told to go through pre-op testing which involved lab testing, an EKG with a cardiologist and review by my primary physician. Once cleared I reported back to Dr. Ghauri who said they would get authorization from the insurance company. I was surprised as I expected to have authorization before the pre-op tests. Two weeks later I called the office as I hadn't heard from them. I was told that the procedure was denied by my insurance company. They said they had left me a voicemail, which I never received. The office should have contacted the insurance company before they required me to go through all the pre-op tests. My time with this practice was a waste.

By the way the Dr. Did not disclose to my that he couldn't remove it all until asked him and seemed angry saying "what did you expect" ? My friend was with me and we were both appalled at his condescending behavior. I LEFT in tears and was just giving it some time. To no avail. I was shocked as I sort knew him prior. Not a happy camper!
