She also tried to sell me packages when I didn't know how many sessions I would need and frankly, knew I likely wasn't returning. We discussed removing a second tattoo on my foot that I was on the fence about even though she noticed my feet were swollen. My poor circulation should have been a clue that it wouldn't have worked well so I think I made the right choice. Anyway, the ART removal for a tiny tattoo on my back was fine but took a long time; I was there for 2+ hours. I really don't think it worked any better than a regular laser for a fraction of the cost.

He reassured me every step of the way and was willing to talk to me not only through the process but about the reasoning for the removal. He even went as far as helping me get pictures after every part of the ART. He willingly stayed late so I wasn't overwhelmed with the pain during it all. Fast forward to recent visit, my opinion of them has changed. Due to their lack of professionalism and hostility, I have to give them one star. I wish they had canceled my appointment if they were in that bad of a mood, or at least reschedule me. This was NOT how I wanted to start the new year. I planned the first as a "let's see what happens " experience. I had five together on a space on my abdomen and had those removed. So they looked worse before they healed and then were just gone. The second treatment I had done on about 15 others on my torso. They mostly look like red freckles but still significant to me. They've mostly healed now and I'm so happy with the results. The time is minimal-15 took 30 minutes or less. I feel more confident in my own skin than I have for the past year . $20/angioma was reasonable IMO. I had not received the treatment yet, and my reason for cancelling was medical. Before signing, I asked the representative whether I could get a refund, and she told me yes. I have the text messages documenting that conversation. After I contacted her to cancel the following day, however, she explained that when she said "yes," she meant that I could receive a refund only if I completed the treatment and did not see results. That was not clear from her original response, and I feel this should have been explained clearly before I signed a contract. When I explained that my reason for cancelling was medical, I was also told that I needed to provide documentation proving my medical issue. I understand that a business may have policies regarding cancellations and refunds, but I believe those policies should be clearly explained BEFORE someone signs and pays for a treatment package. I also have concerns about the equipment information I was given. I was told that the Elite machine would be used for my treatment, but I later learned that the equipment being used was not the Elite machine I was told about. The equipment was an important factor in my decision to purchase the treatment, so this was extremely concerning to me. The entire experience left me feeling that I was not given clear information before making a significant purchase. I contacted them almost immediately after signing, before receiving any treatment, and still could not cancel the package. I trusted the representative when I made the purchase, but after how this situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this location. I strongly recommend getting the cancellation/refund policy AND the exact equipment that will be used in writing before signing or paying for anything.
