Thereafter, they put lidocaine cream on my skin since the sessions were getting shorter due to less ink. I was happy with the removal and customer service back then. Five stars. Fast forward to recent visit, my opinion of them has changed. Due to their lack of professionalism and hostility, I have to give them one star. I wish they had canceled my appointment if they were in that bad of a mood, or at least reschedule me. This was NOT how I wanted to start the new year. I planned the first as a "let's see what happens " experience. I had five together on a space on my abdomen and had those removed. So they looked worse before they healed and then were just gone. The second treatment I had done on about 15 others on my torso. They mostly look like red freckles but still significant to me. They've mostly healed now and I'm so happy with the results. The time is minimal-15 took 30 minutes or less. I feel more confident in my own skin than I have for the past year . $20/angioma was reasonable IMO. BEWARE: Thermage Package Scam…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I purchased a Thermage package (full face and neck) that included a complimentary Clear + Brilliant treatment. When I later came in for Botox (and even purchased another package), I specifically asked the front desk about the expiration date for my Clear + Brilliant facial. I was clearly told that there was no expiration date. However, when I tried to schedule the treatment, I was informed that it had already expired. This is completely unacceptable, as I relied on the information provided by your staff. I contacted the clinic, and a manager apologized and said they would investigate, noting that they could verify who assisted me during my Botox visit. I was told I would receive a follow-up. It has now been over 5 months, and I have received no response, no resolution, and no accountability. I followed up again and was told by another staff member that I would receive a call back by Wednesday with a resolution, but it has now been another month with no communication. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, and extremely poor follow-through. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING LaserAway to anyone based on my experience. Drive a little and go into the city! Competitive prices, better customer service, more experienced nurses, and actual doctors! Other places would have definitely honored this for me to win my business. At the very least, please follow through when you say you will call back. ‍
