I scheduled an appointment for two services well in advance -- only for the team at LaserAway to reschedule me THREE times, the last one being on the day of the appointment. Despite the constant back-and-forth, I still showed up expecting professional service. What I got was anything but. Upon arrival, I was told -- with no prior notice -- that they didn't have time to complete both services. That's right: after moving my schedule around multiple times for their changes, they then told me in person that they wouldn't actually be able to fulfill the appointment I booked. I was understandably frustrated and left without receiving any services. But it gets worse -- I later found out that I was charged anyway for services I never received. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant disregard for customers' time, money, and trust. I've reached out to customer support for a full refund, but the fact that I even have to go through this step is frustrating enough. LaserAway: Your Reston location needs serious attention. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is not what people pay premium prices for.

This place just scammed me out of $1000 and a year of my life. I am currently on their online help chat waiting for Alan to reply after 15 min of asking for a manager to contact me. Fast forward to recent visit, my opinion of them has changed. Due to their lack of professionalism and hostility, I have to give them one star. I purchased a Thermage package (full face and neck) that included a complimentary Clear + Brilliant treatment. When I later came in for Botox (and even purchased another package), I specifically asked the front desk about the expiration date for my Clear + Brilliant facial. I was clearly told that there was no expiration date. However, when I tried to schedule the treatment, I was informed that it had already expired. This is completely unacceptable, as I relied on the information provided by your staff. I contacted the clinic, and a manager apologized and said they would investigate, noting that they could verify who assisted me during my Botox visit. I was told I would receive a follow-up. It has now been over 5 months, and I have received no response, no resolution, and no accountability. I followed up again and was told by another staff member that I would receive a call back by Wednesday with a resolution, but it has now been another month with no communication. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, and extremely poor follow-through. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING LaserAway to anyone based on my experience.
