The staff at Drip IV were very nice, but I had significant issues with the service. For the same price I've paid elsewhere, my IV drip lasted only about 20-25 minutes. In my prior experiences, IV treatments typically last closer to 45 minutes, which made this feel rushed and less substantial. I was also surprised by a $25 physician consult fee for a phone call that lasted less than three minutes, during which I was simply asked if I had any drug allergies. The physician was not onsite, I did not request a consult, and I was not given a choice in the matter. This fee was not disclosed upfront. I've had IV drips at least four times with two other providers and have never been charged a physician consult fee or encountered undisclosed add-on charges. Between the shorter treatment time and the unexpected fee, I won't be returning. UPDATE on 1/2/2026: I am updating my review from two stars to one star. A few days ago, I left a detailed review explaining my disappointment with the IV amount provided and the undisclosed $25 "doctor consultation" fee and small IV bag. The business owner publicly responded, asking me to contact the business so the situation could be "rectified." I called in good faith. The call itself was frustrating and unproductive. The receptionist initially had no idea what I was referring to, then reviewed my Google post and asked, "What's the problem?"--despite the fact that my original review clearly outlined my concerns in detail. I was also told, unsolicited, that the consultation fee could not be refunded, even though I never asked for a refund. I called only because the business asked me to. After that call, the owner, Erica White, subsequently contacted me directly. During that conversation, she stated she would be willing to issue a refund only if I agreed to take down my original review. She also offered a complimentary 1-liter IV bag if I removed the review. I absolutely refused. I do not engage in quid pro quo arrangements, especially when it involves suppressing honest consumer feedback. This confirmed for me that the original public response was performative rather than genuine. The business already had my full contact information from intake (phone number, email, and home address) and could have reached out directly at any time. Given how this situation was handled--and the pressure to remove an honest review--I am deeply concerned about how this business is being run, particularly by owners who are not licensed healthcare professionals (neither a nurse nor a physician). STAY AWAY. I would not allow anyone at DripBar Reston to touch me again.

Dr. Chavone and Dr. Gwen are a great team and run the best PT place in NOVA. Highly trained, experienced, knowledgeable and friendly therapists. I've been seeing them post achilles surgery for about 3 weeks. In addition to needing PT to regain full use of my ankle and foot, 8 weeks in a boot left me with an injured kneed from walking funny and significant muscle atrophy. Not only have I been making great progress, but I actually feel myself getting stronger. Both Dr's are great at giving encouragement, motivation and a little helpful push when you need it. They also really listen to their patients and their patients bodies. Finally, Dr. Chavone and Dr. Gwen are always happy to answer any questions in detail- in layman's terms all the way up to an in depth medical discussion. Everything is SUPER CONVENIENT: plenty of parking, unlike trying to get in/out of fair oaks hospital complex; plenty of hours available; and an elevator in back that takes you right to the office. OK, in one of their rooms is what looks like some kind of suspension training system. When I asked, they said it was the REDCORD NEURAC system. If you don't play for the Washington Capitol Hockey team, you can't find this anywhere within 50 miles of the DC/NOVA area. it is one of the most innovative and effective (peer reviewed) systems for treating challenging muscle/skeletal pain. After temporary therapy, I was told to go through pre-op testing which involved lab testing, an EKG with a cardiologist and review by my primary physician. Once cleared I reported back to Dr. Ghauri who said they would get authorization from the insurance company. I was surprised as I expected to have authorization before the pre-op tests. Two weeks later I called the office as I hadn't heard from them. I was told that the procedure was denied by my insurance company. They said they had left me a voicemail, which I never received. The office should have contacted the insurance company before they required me to go through all the pre-op tests. My time with this practice was a waste.

She is zero help with menopause. She claimed to prevent osteoporosis with a FemHeart and then mocked me by bending over like a 90-year-old to walk out when I had it by late 50s and sent me down the hall to her doc friend who practiced his golf swing in my appointment for drug infusions. She knows nothing about weight lifting exercises that prevent it. An acquaintance won a lawsuit for punctured uterus and intestine about which she lied to the ER that she caused which misled their care.

If you are concerned about your age, weight, fertility, etc. do your self a favor and find someone else who will be kinder and less fat phobic. She's incredibly unprofessional and rude. I especially do not recommend seeing Dr. Hersh if you are struggling with infertility, have PCOS, or are overweight/obese. On my first visit for PCOS she painted the absolute worst case scenario for fertility, telling me I would likely need to spend up to $50,000 on IVF to conceive my first child if I don't lose weight. This was before reading any of my medical records or talking to me about my concerns. I'm all for realistic information and don't want things sugar coated, but Dr. Hersh was thoughtless and hurtful. Further, I'm 34 and she told me I needed to freeze my eggs asap or else my kid would be more likely to get a host of terrible genetic conditions. I got several other opinions and they were all much more fact based on risks and said at this point my husband and I didn't need to worry about freezing my eggs upon actual medical testing. They were so much more positive and kind. Dr. Hersh also did not give me any warning before putting the clamps in during my appointment. Also the nurse couldn't figure out how to draw my blood and it took many mess ups and a supervisor to get it out. Of course it sometimes take a few tries but this was not normal.
