I'm 52. Over the last decade, I've wasted thousands of dollars on every serum, cream, and…read moretreatment to get rid of age spots. From prescriptions to OTC to peels, my money left and the age spots stayed. Finally I called medspa in a last ditch attempt. I was given an IPL facial. At first, I was taken aback by how bad I looked! Within a week, my age spots were GONE. I was hoping for improved by they were GONE. Fine lines, which I wasn't even concerned about, they were gone too. Texture and tone incredibly improved. 15 years GONE. My skin now has the dewy softness of much younger skin. I have thrown away everything but moisturizer and sunscreen. Save yourself time and money and get an IPL. AMAZING. Do it but don't make it hard for me to get an appointment!

The lady that scheduled my appointment over the phone clearly did not pay attention to the reason…read morefor my visit because instead of scheduling me with a Dr, she scheduled me with a nurse (I'm sorry I don't know the exact term). The nurse was incredibly pleasant just couldn't assist me with my issue, it has to be addressed by a Dr. When I walked out, the rude woman at the front desk wanted me to finish filling out the paperwork that was given to me at check in. I told her I wasn't seen and problem wasn't addressed because her staff scheduled me wrong and she gave me attitude demanding the paperwork. At this point, they had already wasted my time because I showed up to an appointment that was scheduled wrong and now this woman wants me to fill out paperwork with my personal information for what? She ended up stopping me at the elevator and called the office manager because I couldn't leave without giving her those papers. She was incredibly rude and unpleasant since the moment I checked in. The receptionist gives the first and last impression your customers get at your clinic. Maybe this woman needs a little training on how to talk to clients.

I've been going to Bespoke regularly for about the past 5 years. In that time I have seen three…read moreestheticians, all of whom were excellent. My current esthetician is Nichole W., and I truly can't recommend her enough. She has made significant improvements to my skin, especially to acne, which I have struggled with for decades, and some aging. I do purchase the products she recommends, because my goal is to have long-term skin improvement. However, I have noticed that Nichole is mindful that people have varying financial situations and is helpful in choosing products to prioritize in the event I'm not able to buy them all at once. I wish I could have come here during my teenage years, because at that time I took every acne medication under the sun and saw minimal improvements, while Bespoke has been able to heal my skin and keep it healthy. Beyond the skincare, I want to highlight Nichole's kindness and the way she genuinely cares for her clients. On at least two occasions I've had an appointment after going through some major life challenge and each time Nichole listened as I told her what I was going through and made my facial a place to escape everything that was going on. She also helped ensure the products I was using were appropriate for the situation I was in at the time. It might sound minor, but these days it's hard to find people that take the time to truly listen to their clients, and that's exactly what Nichole does. For all these reasons I will remain a loyal client of Bespoke for years to come!
