My brows always come out perfect and they genuinely take their time to make sure everything looks good, they're also the only place that have gotten my eyebrows exactly how I want them. Recently, I decided to try one of their facials and I completely fell in love. It was SO relaxing and such a great experience from start to finish. The two ladies that run it are the absolute sweetest and always make me feel so comfortable and welcome. There's an American Threading Plus that's closer to me, but I will happily drive the extra 5 minutes every single time just to be serviced by Threading Hub N More. They've definitely earned a loyal customer from me. Highly recommend!

Second, the office is easy to get to and is visibly appealing. The office was nicely decorated, inviting, warm, and comfortable. Third, I was greeted immediately upon entering, provided some paperwork to fill out (it was not an overwhelming amount at all) and was offered a drink. Fourth, the owners, Dr. Poss and Jeanne, were amazing. They were welcoming and personable. They took the time to fully explain everything to me and were not rushing or trying to sell me more items. I left feeling like I had just made two lifelong friends. Fifth, their pricing is competitive with other similar businesses in the area, and they offer payment plans should you need them. Sixth, they offer a wide variety of services- from injectables, lasers, facials, cellulite therapies, lash lifts and tints, skincare, acne programs, infrared saunas- you name it, they offer it. Seventh, my procedure was PAIN FREE! I wouldn't believe it without having experienced it myself. I have had similar procedures done at different practices, and it has never ever been painless. Well, today it was! I highly recommend VRM&S for any of your aesthetic needs.

I have seen the PA at this office twice for mole checks and had several areas frozen off. One area…read moreon my upper back/shoulder was frozen but just kept getting a tiny scab on it but it wouldn't bleed. Just gave me a bad feeling so I went back and asked to have it removed and sure enough it was precancerous and more surgery is required. In the meantime, I got new insurance and the front desk called about coverage and they were told I didn't have benefits which was incorrect. I called and found out that I have limited benefits which I relayed to the office. Today I showed up for my back surgery and was told that I had to pay $1500.00 in order to be seen. I was told that the insurance will only reimburse me and not the doctor so the doctor wants payment which I get. I asked why no one notified me and this is where the "blame" game started. Front desk said the billing department called me and told me I'd have to pay that amount - I never got a call, text, email or anything. I then spoke to the billing department Loretta who reiterated what I was supposedly told and I explained again -no one contacted me about anything. "Well, I wasn't involved with that conversation" was the answer I got. When I called the front desk back, again, was told "I'm just the receptionist" when obviously I was distraught. Not only the behavior with which I was treated, but I'm the one who asked for the spot to be removed -not the PA who examined me so now I have no confidence in their capabilities. I realize it's my insurance and I should know but the office knew I only had the insurance 2 months - but to not be notified that I had to pay $1500.00 or I wouldn't be seen for an obvious oversight the PA made I find very upsetting. Terrible customer service - it went quickly downhill. I have since left to go to another practice. Save time and just go somewhere else. Casandra called me back and was really nice and understood my frustration but the damage had been done.

Angela is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, caring, and sweet. She has not only helped me transform my skin but also supported me through a weight-loss plateau during my journey. Her expertise is unmatched, and I recommend her to all of my friends. As a VIP member, I take full advantage of the amazing services Angela offers. From my quarterly microneedling sessions to monthly chemical peels, Botox, and more recently Dysport, Angela has earned my complete trust. She has also performed lip filler, cheek filler, and most recently Sculptra for me. Her artistry and perfectionism truly set her apart--qualities that are so important in this field. I experience minimal to no bruising, and the techniques and products she uses to minimize pain make every procedure so much more comfortable. Having experienced these treatments elsewhere in the past, Angela's attention to detail and care stands out. I waited until I was 48 to start my aesthetics journey, and I couldn't be happier that I found Aiyana Atelier and Angela. This past year, I also had the pleasure of connecting with the owner, Ashley, and partnering with their newly formed wellness section to offer holistic wellness coaching for their clients. Ashley is an incredible woman--supportive of other women-owned businesses, intelligent, compassionate, and an all-around beautiful human being. I feel truly blessed to be part of the Aiyana Atelier community. Angela's precision and Ashley's vision have created something truly special, and I am so grateful to have found them!
