At that point I called the septic company I had used for years, they agreed all of the work needed to be done, they pulled the permits and did all of the work for 7,200. Also the original quote to just pump the tank out was 700-1200 depending on the tank size, my bill was 1900, when I complained, they dropped it down to the $1200
