Run away from this company. They completely destroyed our yard and took about 4 months longer than they said they would. Any email you send them goes unanswered and they never call you to inform you what is going on. You must call them and talk to their HR woman who can't answer any questions and didn't know what a perc test was for. They came to dig for the perc test in mid April 2025 and it was July 2nd before anyone came to look at the huge pit in our yard. They said they county would take about 6 weeks, but it took 10 weeks and I 100% believe it's because they didn't apply for the county to come out in an orderly fashion. I called multiple times for an update in that 10 weeks and the HR woman told me she "couldn't give me an update because she didn't know where I lived" .... in which I suggested I give her my address. When I gave her my address SHE asked ME what step of the process we were at... like they had no information on file about us. After the perc test on July 2nd, they didn't come out to start until mid September 2025. To their credit, they put the system in in about 2 days, so we felt really encouraged we were finally almost done. Then had to wait an extra 2 weeks with our yard completely torn up because their electrician couldn't come out because they didn't contact him in time. We ended up getting our own electrician to speed up the process. After they finished, the left our yard with the access pipes sticking 4-6 inches out of the ground after they said it would only be a quarter of an inch. I even included my shoe in a picture to let you see how far out of the ground these pipes are sticking, it's ridiculous and a hazard. The ground is completely uneven, they didn't even try to grade it and there are so many rocks that growing grass is pretty much impossible. Even if we were able to grow grass, mowing would be dangerous as rocks would be flying everywhere. We started this project in April 2025 and they finished early October 2025 right in time for the rain and frost so growing is impossible anyways. Seriously, run away from this company. We have had multiple people come over and ask us what happened to our yard. Friends who had other companies redo their septic system were appalled they treated us this way. Mason came out on the weekend (in the pouring rain of course) did some pumping $425. and found the pump had seized working (he said it looked like some cheap pump from Home Depot) He was great, went and got us a fabulous pump $1,500. modified it to fit and installed. He was a charming professional, great young man, that knew exactly what to do. His boss said we could have the job for the $1,500. IF we could pay it all right now, we could only scrape together $1000. (weekend, bank closed and all we had available) so now have to pay the additional (total $925). in a couple weeks after we get paid. There are no discounts for seniors, veterans, first responders etc. they do not do credit checks, nor do they make payment arrangements to ease burden for low income, wanting immediate large payments only. Mason was a wonderful employee, knew his stuff, honest young man and we would be happy to have him come out again if we had any issues. read more

We had (obviously) an issue with our septic system, and of course our issues started on a Sunday. Mt. Hood Septic was amazing! I told them we could wait until the following day and they showed up Monday afternoon. The man that came out (the owner's father) was so kind and worked right into the night (using a headlamp!). He said he'd stay until our issue was resolved - and he did. If we ever have another issue (oh please God no!) - I wouldn't hesitate to call Mt. Hood Septic. Hood Septic was able to diagnose and complete the repair within 36 hours. They also went over and beyond to find the last Grinder Pump that was available locally. Our 60 year septic needed a new 6' diameter steel lid. The old one was a lot of work to dig out and rusting through. Given the old non-standard system, no one else would help me problem solve this, but James from Mt. Hood Septic was extremely engaging in understanding my problem and coming up with potential solutions (add a riser), including a last minute decision on his end to use a thicker steel to ensure safety (didn't tack on this extra charge) He also gave me lots of tips/ideas for how to extend the longevity of my system, preventing/minimizing extra service costs in the future. James and his crew did a great job on the job site, keeping me informed and asking me questions (i.e. riser height) and recovering the lid. Mt. On Thursday night, my husband and I realized we had a strong odor coming from our septic tank and that it likely needed pumped. After looking around online, we contacted several local companies with Mt. Hood Septic being one of them. James contacted us in a very prompt manner with a quote. His price was lower than all others so we called to set up an appointment for them to come out to do the job. Well, they were able to come out the VERY SAME DAY we called!!!! This was wonderful.
