The shop is very cute and clean with easy parking right out front. She wore a mask and required guests to wear one as well. Ashlee explained everything she was doing thoroughly and made sure I let her know what I was looking for. Both my lashes and brows came out AMAZING (and they were a hot mess when I walked in). She also gave me a nice aftercare kit. Ashlee really takes her time which is a great thing, but pay attention to the time she tells you and be prepared to be there a while [my lash set and brows took a little over 3 hours]. Also, extra stars for the most AMAZING playlist going throughout my service -- Luther Vandross, Aaliyah, Usher, Mariah Carey, Lloyd.. whew! I'll definitely be back and I'm interested in trying the facial services as well.

I also saw that treat they the junior staff with respect, which was, again, total awesomeness. I got tons of compliments on my hair and would totally go again! OH... I noticed they didn't have any manicure or pedicure stations there. Why I think this is a good thing: they focus on a few core services and do them well! You'll get attention and quality.

My wedding was about a month out and I needed a new artist. She not only came through in a major way, but even my in-laws--who literally spend every waking moment in my presence mentioning how tired I look--said I looked stunning on my wedding day. She also provided grooming for my husband, and he finally was able to feel as handsome as the rest of the world knows that he is (and covered up a shaving cut in a pinch)! On top of all of that, she's literally the sweetest person I've ever encountered.

I wanted to submit my review for @BellasBeautySuite located in Newark, NJ…read moreI must say Bella is BOMB! I literally wrote her at like 8AM for a VERY LAST MINUTE SAME DAY appointment and she responded, was professional and OVERSTOOD the assignment! I liked that I was able to text her my inspiration of what I wanted and she told me exactly what to book, so there were no surprises in pricing. I also really liked that I was able to pay for my appointment in full on the site. When I walked in I felt comfortable and the place was clean! Her playlist was lit too, I was trying to stay still but it was so good I wanted to keep singing. At the last minute I asked her if she had space for my mom to get her makeup done and she took my mom right on the spot with no last minute fees. I got dressed in the shop and took my hair down while there and Bella even helped me. I was running late so I was rushing getting dressed and my zipper on my pants popped and she literally came to the rescue, trying to help fit it and perfect my outfit. I was so antsy, she was like maybe wear a longer shirt, thankfully I had a few shirts with me and I had one, but it wasn't the look I was going for. I forgot to mention that Bella's shop not only is a place where you can get your make up done, but you can even get an outfit and accessories for affordable prices. So back to my outfit, Bella pulls out a waist belt and SAVES the day! Bella took pics and videos of me and really took her time with me, not one minute felt rushed. At the end of the appointment she gave us both a small bag with a beauty blender and a nice lipgloss also. Here we are a week later and I'm so happy to say my face did not break out. Most times when I get my make up done my skin breaks out (I guess since I barely do it), but with Bella it did not. I noticed all her brushes were clean when she beat my face and she also used quality foundation and other products. She was also a good person to take to, I loved her motivation and determination. It was nice to see a young person with their own store front and super professional!
