No answer was provided from the owner on if he received our voicemails or emails. We showed up before the owner arrived the next morning and our dog was covered in pee. And the owner demanded his $24 before even releasing the dog. Unbelievable. You can't even see the place your dog will stay because you are not allowed in the back for "insurance reasons". If you are ok leaving your dog hostage in what amounts to a cold & noisy kennel go for it. I would rather sleep in the car with the dog than leave her there one more night.

However, the Trail Creek Rep. & only person working was in her car & ready to leave. After she saw us, she marched in & unlocked the door to let me in. (It took a few minutes for her to unlock the door.) I was charged an extra $10 for picking up our dog because "the door was locked & her boss gets mad". A half-day penalty charge for being on time - really! It is not about the $10 charge, or that we had until 5pm. It's about the PRINCIPLE, & Trail Creek Pet Center has none. BTW: The time was 5:06pm when I returned to my car with our Golden-Doodle & recapped my story about the rapacious Trail Creek Rep.

When my dog is with someone who doesn't respect her she comes home and will not allow us to touch her until the next day. After she has been groomed at Animal Oasis she is loving, happy, and wanting to play with us. The good news is that I can take her and let her play until they are ready to begin the grooming and then pick her up at the end of the day. She is a extrovert and loves to play with other dogs. I have not used their overnight boarding facilities so I can't speak to that aspect of the business.
