Great selection and excellent customer service! The employees are so friendly and helpful, I love stopping by to stock up when I'm in town!

Fantastic pet store with lots of supplies. I love the collar selection and was able to find a couple to bring back for my pup and he looks fantastic. Very friendly and helpful service. Great find! read more

Thai place was amazing!!! All the best products and really great customer service! Best pet store I've been to in a very long time. Love it!!! read more

Very helpful and friendly staff, huge selection, but inflated prices. Oh well, it's the cost of not buying pet necessities before you depart. read more

Teton Tails - A nice stop - Pet Stores Near Me - Jackson, Wyoming

Yes they have an awesome selection of pet items and they are pricey. I spend a considerable amount of money in there and frequently earn a free CAT item or 30% of a CAT item next time I'm in there. I don't own a cat but do have 2 dogs. I'm tired of only receiving a free cat item or a percentage off a cat item. where's my free dog item?? read more

From the outside, it looks like a boutique pet store...which it sort of is. Boutique, though, tends to portend a sense of "limited" or "insufficient", which this place is definitely not. Come here to find everything you need in a store that is far larger inside than the outside tells (think Tardis). read more

They had a good selection of high quality products but the customer service was awful. We were ignored when we asked for help and just generally felt unwanted. At one point one of the staff physically moved my girlfriend out of the way (shouldn't have laid hands on her ESPECIALLY during COVID!!). We can't get over how rude they were. read more

Friendly staff GREAT selection of cbd treats They also have the cutest dog beds I've ever seen! We used the self dog wash and they had plenty of great products, towels. Great place! read more

I never write reviews but when I saw that rude and awful review by "Keith" I had to come in here and say that this store is amazing! The staff is amazing, the products are great and reasonably priced and whatever dogs or cats or "rats" are running around, I've had no problem with, even with my two little boys who come with me every time I go. I'm happy to support local businesses and local families!!! read more

My girlfriend and I stopped in a couple days ago and had the best experience! We went in to get a couple things and walked out with a whole adoption package for free + so many good items we didn't know were available! The staff was so great! We will definitely be stopping here every time we're in town! read more

This store is so well merchandised that's I wanted to buy many things. I was only there for gifts for some dogs in my life. My own dog felt that she needed some nice items as well. They have a large variety of item you could need for a dog including the following food, treats, toys, beds, outdoor gear and bakery items. My only complaint is that I tasted the homemade dog cookies and they where very surgery. I had to eat then myself instead of giving them to my dog. She was bummed but I rather enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend stopping by. read more

Pros: *great selection of food, toys, accessories *well designed flow *convenient location Cons: *staff Perhaps I caught the staff on an off day - they were unfriendly, unwelcoming and did not offer help without being asked. Although I was looking for a specific food, which they did have, I opted not to purchase due to feeing like an unwanted visitor instead of a customer. read more

I stopped in to this place while I was walking around town. A nice doggy boutique with kitty stuff too. Amy carries a whole bunch of holistic and high performance foods, tons of good looking toys that look like they will last a while, beds, coats, cute little dog clothes (the bitches love me!) and bowls. Teton Tails also has frozen raw diets, so if you feed frozen, give them a call. I can't imagine there is a dog in Jackson that doesn't deserve a special treat from Teton Tails. read more

Terrible customer service, the employees aren't helpful. Only once out of the many times I've shopped there was I greeted and asked if I could use assistance. I asked if I could receive the locals discount and or the discount that applies from working for a company that works withe Teton tails and they had no clue about the discounts they offer for their customers, nor did they bother to check. What's worse is that every time I've been checked out I feel like I'm intruding. I'm barley even acknowledged because they're so caught up in carrying conversations with their coworkers and will continue their chit chat while ignoring me as they scan my items. Cute shop but the employees attitudes completely kills the atmosphere. Don't recommend. read more

Incredible customer service! We bought a dog jacket here and it broke 2 weeks later. When I went in to ask if they could help fix it they immediately exchanged it for a new one, no questions asked. read more

I love this place. My husband and I stumbled upon it during a rainstorm and I am so glad we did. Amy, the owner, is awesome and knowledgeable. Also, the selection if items was expansive, but not overwhelming, and terrific. Loved it! I will go back any time we're in Jackson. read more

An awesome local pet store! They have lots of Jackson Hole items for the animals & tons of bones (at a lower price than I can find else where) read more

Helpful and well informed staff. Dog and cat supplies including food, beds, toys, treats and supplements. Their foods are all holistic and they even offered to special order my food for me. read more

Small store, but it has a pretty much everything you could need for your dog. Located right in town so very convenient. Prices are a bit steep compared to chains, etc., but that can only be expected in Jackson. read more

Knowledgeable help and great products. Highly recommend for all dog and cat lovers.
